Does anyone know what im suppose to do in this area?

Sorry for the bad quality. Im in fontaine and it's in a well. I press the operate switch and it basically says it's stuck. Also there is like 3 or 4 switches in this room. Does anyone know what im suppose to do?

not really sure but if u use elemental sight you can find multiple knobs around the room. I think you have to flip them in a specific sequence
