So what are people's thoughts and theories as to who the hidden sixth character in this teaser could be and more importantly, WHY they are hidden?
I know a lot of people have already talked about this, and it is impossible to know who this could actually be, but I just want to hear people's thoughts and theories as to who this could be and why.
I have to ideas as to WHY this character is hidden, mainly that this is a character whos silhuette is so recognizable to the point that if they showed them, we would instantly know who it is, and I am thinking that if they are that recognizable to the point that they have to hide it makes me think that this is a mayor character who people are looking foreward for.
I dont know what a good example could be for this, but I am thinking that Skirk could have been like this, a mayor character (considering the lore we got about the sinners) and how we instantly knew from the silhouette that it was Skirk the day they revealed the teaster.
So let's say we get someone really early like Skirk (whom people were suprised we got this early), so I am thinking something mayor like someone we have seen but not met like the 4 shades, people might say this is to early, but maybe Rhinedottir or Istaroth considering their connections with characters we have met like Rhinedottir with Hexenzirkel (And we are getting our first playable Hexenzirkel charater who is Nicole who is confirmed in this teaser) and Albedo. And Istaroth with Venti (it aint a damn coincidence that she has the same VA's as Venti in EVERY LANGUAGE!). Or maybe Rerir if he comes to his sences.
Point is that I heavily believe that this character is hidden because it is a mayor character we arn't expecting who we have either met ingame, or seen, like the 4 shades, we have met Asmoday but not the other three in person yet, we have only seen them in that one Nod-Krai teaster... also that teaser being mainly about the shades as a Nod-Krai teaser felt very sudden and out of nowhere since they have had nothing to do with Nod-Krai yet🤔 (excluding Rhinedottir altho only her voice in Durin's memory in his SQ).

Like my two favorite characters in Nod-Krai is by far Columbina and Sandrone, I didn't think I was going to be so down bad for her lmao.
Also out of curiosity, what are these "deathflags"? I havn't noticed any, and if it is based on leaks, I just dont believe in story leaks like that cause they tend to be wrong, but yea if that is the case that something happens to her next week, then yea I will start thinking that it is her.

That is something I would never choose to do.
99% of the time, when a character criticizes the choice of sacrifice, they will do it later
But Nod Krai wont be when they start, far far too early
Skirk worked purely because of setting up whats beyond Teyvat as a threat with Fontaine, but nothing more beyond that
There is no other character already met, whose design we would know just from the outline of it, that would fit within this. And reminder, Skirk showed up **ingame**, unlike all shades that only showed up in the teaser
That leaves either Alice(which will surely be saved for later due to her overeaching plot outside Teyvat borders), and Sandrone who is to be playable in Nod Krai per the teaser, and has yet to be shown as such
I said shades mainly cause while we havn't met them ingame and while we dont have actual game models for them, we at least know what they look like, and if the sixth character is one of them, we would recognize them from their outline😅

Like Varka or Nicole, they have the most recognaizable features among the list(besides the fact they are currently unknown characters present on the list)
Well, there is a theory about sandrone 💀, look for CatWithBlueHat on YT, the tittle of the video is "sandrone mains, we're so cooked". Another thing is that Genshin always had theorys about resurrection.
So in this scenario they r hiding for lore reasons.
Why is not alice? I guess that they will not hide a character that we already have the model and everything about it.
Capitano? The silhouette is definitely a female or at least a boy, but definitely not capitano body type.
Signora? Could be, but it has been "so many" years, in we don't have any hint about it, plus, now she is with her lover. But I personally would prefer her over sandrone.
Another witch? Nah.
New adeptus? Nah, we have zibai.
I can't remember any other.
We will likely be together with Varka and Lohen in Dornmans Port, because we are trying to get from there something, that will help us on the long run to repair Sandrone, like some kind of friend of Varka or so, which just happens to be some kind of dude/marchant/whatever, who happens to eventually just have, what we need, in order to be able to repair Sandrone, which is just reason enough for us, to travel all across Teyvat from left to right and visit finally after 5 years a region, that we coudl have traveled to already alot sooner, but had never actually a good reason for it, because its just not part of territory, where we could get back some of our original powers by and eventually knowledge about or missing sibling, because all our journey from the begin on was to travel from Archon to Archon, in hope they can tell us something and we met Venti long before we woudl ever get a reason/chance to go for Dornman's Port, as we had also no reason at that point, to go directly to Snezhnaya, when Liyue is simply alot nearer and quicker to reach as next destination point.
Who knows, maybe as part of that Sandrone Repair Task we will get to see also another long missing map, like Blackcliff Forge in 6.5 to get from there another missing item/material needed to make it possible to repair Sandrone and then on 6.7 she has her big return moment and is then the Event Banner , right before Rerir returns in 6.7 to become the second Weekly Boss :D of Nod Krai so that Nod Krai gets its final peak ending, before we get with Alice then back to the Archipilago for our annual Klee Rerun Event map, but this time, it becomes finalyl permanent together with Alice being there as Event Character for 6.8
6.4 - Varka P1 + Lohen P2, he lands in Standard Banner after 6.4, reruns of likely Escoffier and Kazuha - 11/17
6.5 - Nicole + Linnea P1 as 5S and 4S, with reruns likely for Flins and Lauma - 13/17
6.6 - ??? + Gretel - 15/17, reruns of likely Skirk, Nefer and an Archon like Mavuika
6.7 - Sandrone - 16/17, reruns likely of Kinich, Citlali and an other Archon, while some region gets again a Chronicled Wish, like Liyue for Ganyu, Shenhe, Xiao, Hu Tao, Qiqi, Keqing, Baizhu, Yelan, Xiaoyun
6.8 - Alice - 17/17 with likely another Chronicled Wish for Mondstadt for then Klee, Eula, Albedo, Jean, Diluc and reruns for Columbina, Nicole (likely not, but we all know MHY) and Varka - ultimate distraction for Alice, just how MHY likes it
So far has MHY only released 9 out of 17 Characters up to 6.3 (Aino, Lauma, Flins, Nefer, Jahoda, Zibai, Illuga, Columbina, Durin), as you can see, MHY is still holding 1 surprise back, somebody, we don't know yet, that MHY hasn't ever shown yet in a teaser, nor which is known by leaks so far, but its sure to say, that one character will be a 5S, or I think MHY woudl have revealed the eixstance of that character now with this new second Shadow Reveal.
The Shadow Reveal shows us only 6 and we know the 7th is Alice. Sandrone will be the one who will become definetely either by 6.6 or 6.7, thats 100% safe. Just my big guessings
But that's the best part.
If I was going to go for believable but a (considerable) bit left field I'd say Alice, Dottore or Capitano. Alice is supposedly coming further down the line, so an earlier release could be a big surprise. I feel that Capitano's story isn't over, and he'd be instantly recognisable from his silhouette, but I feel he isn't likely to appear at this point. Dottore doing a heel/face turn seems unlikely, but not impossible, though Hoyo aren't going to make him playable if he's an out-and-out villain.
Going down the path of utterly crazy leads me to Asmoday or Ronova. They were teased in an animated scene shortly before Nod Krai, but I still think a shade would be extremely unlikely to become playable at this stage (if ever). The only tiny thing scratching at the back of my mind is the potential for one of them to show up to help defeat Dottore (or in the immediate aftermath of his downfall).
It could also be a character we already know. I've seen a lot of people talking about Sandrone, but the reflection doesn't match. So it could be a redesign, since the story implies that she will eventually sacrifice herself to save humanity (she makes a comment in Act VI comparing herself to what Alain and Rene are doing to try to save humanity), which would lead to her change. However, it remains to be seen how this is possible and who will do it.
I wonder where the 4-star characters are. In the 5.X character presentation, they were on the left, but now there are Varka and Nicole, so I guess the first one isn't a 4-star.
