Anyone else really likes Dottore use of his gadgets?
Reminds me of those devices from ASIMON boss. If he ever becomes playable I wouldn't mind the kit utilizes these high tech projectiles.
Also definitely my favorite villain. Doesn't start off physically super strong (he was a normal human), but through science and ehancements he rose to the menace he is now. He's like an evil iron man.

He can't even achieve his goal despite having all the resources he has. He doesn't lack people, subjects, tech, and even budget and still he falls far behind the real geniuses of Teyvat.
Just hiding in Nodkrai when there's a real threat around, coming out of his hidey rat hole to grab his divine cheese, then ratting out again.
Stay in the Akademiya bros, don't be like Zandik.
"Me Zandik! Me gonna posture and yap about how great I am despite employing tech more unoriginal and boring than scrap-cobbling Aino! All these people didn't believe in me waaaahhhh"
He's like the smug rat who rants about feeling sorry for himself after copying assignments.
The comment section is weird as hell. Since when is it bad for a Sumeru character to use Sumeru-themed devices? This is also strongly backed by lore, he spent lots of time in the desert, and he rebels against the Heavens like King Deshret did. I much prefer this design approach over a random "smart" character coming with random tech that appears nowhere else in the world.
