Since u don't have any Nod-krai DPSs from the image I'd suggest to not get Columbina unless u wanna go for Ineffa or Zi Bai...she on her own isn't a great pull unless u value waifu over meta that is.
But Varka would be a great pull since u already have Sucrose and Durin...that probably would be his premium team.

If ur not planning on getting a character that does lunar dmg then columbina is not going to be useful.
Varka so far seems to be more flexible and u already have durin and fischl as good teammates for him

Your existing characters are better set up for Varka (Leaks say he's a Anemo Hexenzirkel DPS, and you have Durin at, what, C2?).
On the other hand, Columbina would let you pass the Lunar checks in endgame much more easily.
