We all know that most things in Genshin have names that come from deep cuts on lore from the real world, so how about I start a thread where we all share some of the obscure ones we know?

I'll start with some I noticed:

**The Angel Share Tavern -** This comes from aging spirits. The 'angel's share' refers to the portion that evaporates during the process. Before modern science, it was thought that spirits were drinking it.

**Escoffier -** Escoffier is named after August Escoffier, a French chef who, at the turn of the previous century, both revolutionized and codified the traditions of French cooking
