who's constillation should i choose from the event?
which character's constillation should choose except for the standard characters.
I already selected Nilou's C1 from the first part.

I would choose Mona (got a Hexenzirkel boost when Lv70 + quest) and then maybe Tighnari \^\^

Whoever you like the most. From a meta standpoint none of the next constellations really change much, maybe besides Shenhe.
If you want a step closer to level 100 items, mona could be an option, but I don't think it's really worth it to use on standard characters unless it's your only choice.
But also there may be more buffs for characters in the future, so just going with the one you like the most is probably the best bet.

C1 Ayaka and Shenhe are both solid choices. Shenhe C1 gives you an extra charge of her skill. Ayaka C1 gets you closer to C2 which gives you a triple burst animation at once and has a chance of decreasing skill CD by 50%.
Ganyu C1 is also a solid choice. Regenerates 2 energy for her. Also 15% cryo res shred on her charge ATK.

1. shenhe is the more obvious choice, since she still has uses in current teams
2. then consider taking any of who you like between the other limited 5\*. none of them will be improving your account greatly but it's okay. like i will take c1 kokomi, its obviously not the best choice but i love her and i'll take advantage of the freebies.
3. any of standard char you use, if none then just take mona

Depends on your account. But I do know a player that has calced Yae C1 and C2 Widisth with Bina, Ineffa, Sucrose and its legitmately up there with the best electro dps in the game outside of Ineffa. Im being serious she calcs as the second best outright.
People may not like it but Yae is going to be stronger than Nuevillette, Raiden and Clorinde and (Varesa all at C0 without the NK duo) first 3 even with actually gets mogged by her.

1st: who do you use or want to use?
2nd: are there further cons you're going for (C2, C3 etc)
3rd: is the con good?
These are the things that I consider myself when picking characters here.
Personally my first option was Yae because I like her as a character and want to use her, her C1 is decent and I plan on going for her c2 if this event resets or if she gets a rerun at a time where I can spare pulls.
My next choice is Klee because again, I want to play her, her c1 is great now with the buffs and I also kinda want her c2 eventually.
My other option was Ayaka, who I DO use and her c2 is kinda interesting but her c1 is garbage so it feels like a waste to go for over the previously mentioned characters.
