Can someone please explain to me (in Razor language) what this means and how it works?

Yeah I also don't quite get it. I'm proud of my Xiao build, but it's optimized for FFXX but the only options seem to be Xiao+Bennet or solo Xiao?
Ah nevermind, it seems they added FFXX now - but didn't last time I looked

It for specific teams and scenarios it calculates how much damage your character will. Character level, talent level and constellations are set so it only depends on the stats your artifacts give. It then ranks your equipment with everyone else who put thiers onto the websie.
So in short it compares the strength of your artifacts with others. The number at the bottom is your rank and the percent number is in which percentile of the whole population you are. Furnina for example appears twice because it's for two different scenarios which names are above her portrait (Vape and Skill)

If you want to optimize it try building more crit rate. It heavily favors "average damage" builds and your average damage goes up if you build crit rate without sacrificing too much crit damage. And don't forget other relevant stats. Only building crit stats (unless you know you have external sources of certain stats) can be detrimental to a build.
But yea, no more 50 c.rate and 250 c.damage builds. Rather go for 80-85 c.rate (or even higher) and 190-200 c.damage builds. The 1:2 ratio obviously being the golden standard but not always necessary.
I forgot to add that Akasha only looks at your artifact quality and the rest doesn't matter as it assumes lvl 90. Max talent characters regardless if that's truly the case on your account. Team comps are also pre determined so if you play other teams with other external buffs and you build your artifacts around that team, it can also rank lower. Just do what makes sense for your account.
Hope this makes sense.

It's a glorified damage calculation with rankings basically. Not always a damage calculation but most of the time.
They'll take your character's artifacts (and only their artifacts) and put them through a formula using a specific team comp and weapon. It does this for everyone that has loaded their profile with the same character displayed. It takes all those results and ranks them accordingly.
The 2nd Furina one you got there is pretty simple. It just calcs how much damage her crab summon does on average. It assumes double hydro and 200 Fanfare stacks on her ult.
