Oh my Klee is awful by Klee standards. Decent enough Atrefacts (I think I have Pyro damage and 1,500 ATK).

Just that CWoF 4 piece is no good for soloing but this set looks like it gets around that.

Have you tried keeping the mobs outside the circle? The turret will charge much faster and kill everything. You don't need a good build for this one.

It's not even that you need a crazy build.

The trial gives so much crit dmg , it's best to rebuild her exclusively focusing on ER% and crit-rate.

Razor gets a nice boost from this. Durin as well.

Venti gets a very small buff, while Fischl is dependent on her weapon (give her Venti’s new sig ironically and the Hex set becomes better than Golden Troupe).

Mona, Sucrose, and Albedo won’t benefit from the new set. Mona stays on Noblesse, Sucrose on VV, and Albedo on Husk.

To be clear, I mean that the new set **can** be better, but not always.

Mind you, Golden Troupe is still better most of the time and frankly you should stick to GT if you’ve already farmed it. But you can find legitimate scenarios where the new set is better.

The 20% crit rate is going to make Fischl easier to build too, so there’s that to consider.

The main thing about Husk is allowing Albedo to hit 3k DEF more easily for his new hex buff… buffs lmao.

Otherwise the two sets are very close and it’ll come down to which has better substats. You can also just swap to a DEF goblet on GT and get 3K DEF that way.

i don't know if this helps, but my Klee isn't that great and i beat her Envisioned Echo's trial by making enemies fall off the map. It works wonder with geovishaps for sure, not as easy with lawachurls

Mhunter was good if paired with Furina, plenty of characters didn't or even if Furina was on their team Mhunter wasn't their best set. Until Durin's release Klee's best team was with Furina and her best set in that team was Mhunter.

It's good I guess. Because all the hex characters need the hex resonance to be good, so they didn't need to lock the artifact set, although it seems like something hoyo would do. I guess even they got tired of their own shilling mechanics.

Yes, you need em and crit for the characters involved in the lunar reaction, ineffa doesnt do all the dmg by herself unlike some players believe. U dont need a lot of em, just a decent amount.

It’s because this set gives more dmg buffs. The higher atk and crit rate makes durin do more damage as a sub dps.

Curious as well, cause obviously his damage will increase compared to NO, but if my Varesa is vertically invested for example (c1r1), what does the optimal layout look like? Cinder iansan, sodp Chevreuse and NO Durin for now, I don't believe this will be better, except if sodp just sucks by today's standards and you put NO on Chevreuse and this on Durin.

As for the first set, does that affect the direct Lunar damage that (5-star) Nod-krai characters can do through their skills? Or is it just a damage buff to the actual proper lunar reactions (rip lunar bloom?), so the clouds or geo turrets for now?

So if, say, I wanted to run Colombina with Flins, will this set on Columbina increase the big Lunar-Charged hits that Flins puts out, or does it only increase the damage that the clouds spawned from Lunar-Charged deal?

Considering the crit is likely snapshotted and Fischl will probably struggle to snapshot it - plus it being unlikely that 43% atk + 20% CR is better than 70% damage bonus on 99% of Fischl's damage - I am very quick to agree with you here.

It's honestly easier to snapshot it with Fischl than you think. Just have Fischl normal attacking before she summons Oz.

And I can see the 70% dmg bonus end up being too inflated especially I'd you're using Stringless on Fischl, where without a crit weapon, it's hard to get strong crit value on Fischl. So if using Stringless, Fischl will like the hexerei set more. With a crit weapon or any other weapon, Golden Troupe is better.

That's what I heard the specific issue is, her crit is snapshotted when Oz comes out.

Of the characters I have, I don't think any of them want this (Fisckl, Mona, Sucrose).

Yep! So it’s long as ur attacking u shouldn’t have to worry about the buff expiring. I specifically didn’t use my wanderers DPC set cuz the extra charge attack wasn’t vibing with me so I stuck with 2pc2pc

yeah, the only way Ive gotten the current artifact fast equip system to even somewhat work is to have an entirely different set unequipped. Cant do any sensible swaps, the system just robs the arti from the other character and leaves them unequipped

I'm not very good at theorycrafting, but doesn't the hexerei set look kinda mediocre? 20% crit rate and 43% atk doesn't seem like much for a dps, especially looking at sets like obsidian codex and sky's unveiling which give damage bonuses and 30-40% crit rate.

Or it could mean future hexerei supports like Nicole give dmg bonuses and won't be focused on buffing atk%.

Obsidian Codex/NotSU causing characters’ crit rate to overcap is a real concern, so it’s slightly balanced by the fact characters will have weaker artifacts on average. Also, ATK can never overcap, and there are already instances where characters actually enjoy ATK or EM roll equal to or more than Crit, so 4-5 ATK rolls can easily be better than 3-5 crit roll.

Finally, I expect the future character that the new Hex set is designed for to scale very well off ATK, maybe due to crit saturation. This is probably to make the set less universally appealing and more catered to a few units (e.g. not best-in-slot for Fischl).

Weird question but would the Hex set work well for Shenhe (despite her not being Hex, obviously)? At least better than 2pc/2pc ATK% because it's technically a bit more ATK? Her burst does damage continuously, is that enough to keep up the 4pc effect or does only the first hit count?

Depending on the team, Columbina can use either Silken Moon or the new set, based on which support is wearing Silken Moon and Instructor.

You should put Deepwood on Lauma since Lauma's skill uptime is longer than CD. Other than that, this looks to be the new BIS for Ineffa.

Moreover, Ziban's team has C2 Illuga on Silken Moon so it is more important to farm the new set.

they could write it like that but they like t o be specific. also any attack can have wide range of meaning (does lunarcharged thunderclound attakcs count? what about weapon procs like skyward? extra attacks by fischl' paasive? etc.) being specific helps them control current and future interactions

it doesnt work well for lauma (use 2p/2p EM if someone else has silken serenade) but for ineffa its better

Silken moon's serenade is almost always better for Columbina. This set is bis on Ineffa though (tbh you always run Columbina and Ineffa together, except in geo teams. Ineffa is even the bis sustain option for Nefer and isn't far off the sustainless team).
