It's probably a reused asset. Even then, there are connections with the Raginvindr Clan and the Hexenzirkel. Seeing as the Raginvindr Clan is responsible for the construction of the KoF Library and by extension the Imaginarium Theater.

I feel more inclined to believe at this point that Diluc's family are just on good terms with the Hexenzirkel where they probably just help each other out, and these decorations we see here that the Hexenzirkel use are just gifts from the Ragnvindr family or maybe even vice versa. But Diluc has similar designs on his outfit so I think it's got to be gifts from his family.
