idk what exactly your friend is most susceptible to so i'll list a bunch of nasty opinions/ideas. It would be best to get more info on which region/characters she likes. Disclaimer: I believe in none of them, and most are untrue.
General:
* I play the game on mute
* I pre-watch all the cutscenes to see if it's worth paying attention to
* I downloaded the game but the moment I saw the BOTW graphics I uninstalled
* Wait, isn't that game full of gambling slop/pedos/Chinese Wumao/gooners?
* My fav YTer was Tectone (notoriously toxic person)
If she has read the respective Archon Quests:
* Liyue, Mondstadt, Inazuma Archon Quests > Sumeru, Fontaine (Furina is a useless infant carried by Neuvillette smh), Nod-Krai, Natlan (Power of friendship much?)
If she ships characters, and especially if they are lesbian:
* If Dottore was genderbent, Dottore x Collei would be peak
If she focuses on optimising gameplay (only if you find out that they are pro):
* Varesa is only a 5k DPS increase over her next best option in her best team smh
If she's casual:
* Zhongli, Furina, Kazuha are DPS loss, has only 1 actually meta team (the weakest link in it), and outclassed by Sucrose respectively. Also shill about Xiangling, Sucrose, Xingqiu and Mualani.
If she likes cute things:
I dislike/hate Saurians/Melusines/Aranara/Monetoo. Like JFC, the game can't go ONE SECOND without making everything cuteslop. First it's Scaramouche, then Arlecchino, Sandrone. Nobody is spared until they turn EVERYTHING INTO CHIBI

The game is an open-world RPG, mostly story-based. There are 3 optional difficult combat gameplay modes though (2 of them reset once a month; the newest one refreshes every new update (about 6 weeks). They give rewards for clearing within a certain time limit, but not for clearing faster than others specifically.
