Does Ineffa make sense for my account?

I plan on getting c0 Columbina, and eventually grab at least c0 Lauma.

Ineffa would purely be a meta pull since I don’t particularly care for her and I never intend to get Flins. Would she make some of the older characters stronger, or should I just let her go? I keep hearing about how good she is, but I am not sure… I think I have enough time to save up for Lauma so I am not worried about the primogems.

if you don't get c1 lauma, nefer's best team is nefer, lauma, columbina, and ineffa, so yes you should get ineffa

Probably since Ineffabina is a good wheelchair team and she can also be a shielder for Nefer.

I never thought she could be in Nefer’s team, I thought Nahida with Deepwood was just better…
But the wheelchair could be useful.

Nahida is better. But with nahida nefer team is sustainless and you're not playing genshin in spreadsheet. If you can reliably clear content with nahida there's no reason to pull ineffa for nefer team.

Well there is your answer. No, she doesn't make sense for your account.

She is definitely strong and if you do get Columbina, she together with Ineffa makes very strong support/sub dps core for a lot of characters (For example, Navia, Itto, Clorinde and Wanderer all "want" them in their best teams iirc though I'm not sure how much of an improvement they are to their other options).

But if you DON'T LIKE HER, you don't need her. She does nothing particularly special outside of lunar teams and she is just mostly a sub dps and shielder which are good roles but not super high demand or unique roles. Stronger characters will get released eventually anyway so "pure" meta pulls aren't great in general. If you have a specific team you WANT to play with her then that's a different story but I'd save my pulls for characters you want like Lauma.

I honestly do not care about the “only pull for characters you like” because… I’ve been doing that for 4 years. I have never made a meta pull in my life.
I am asking in case I can make older characters stronger or more viable, even if just for Abyss, for personal pleasure. So I can use them and have them not disappoint me with their results.
I can get characters I love and also care about endgame content and make my life easier, so that was my question.

oh so that's better than I thought. I will personally pull for Bina and Ineffa for the same reason, wheelchairing my poor Raiden (especially since I lost on Durin banner)

In that case sure, she is a very strong character especially with Columbina so she is a "worth it" pull for anyone who can get them both. The Columbina + Ineffa core will give a lot of older characters a new best team. I'd urge you to look up a youtube video or something that goes into further detail as I don't remember all of the characters she is best with.

The main issue you might come across is that you might have to compete over Columbina between Ineffa and Nefer but if you're okay with that (or using Aino etc) then it's not a big deal.

Well when I read that, I'm tempted to say don't pull her because she is only BiS for Flins and since you don't like her...

She can be used (with Columbina) with Raiden (but you seem to have Durin +Fischl overload core for her), Yae, Neuvi, Arlecchino etc... But I'm not sure if you really want to play these characters with Ineffa or not after all;

I was asking to know if some of them would get stronger with her, yes. I don’t hate her or anything, but I’ve only ever pulled for characters I enjoy lore-wise even if they were mid or just bad, so if I can boost them in some way I would definitely think about getting 1 character in particular, even if I don’t drool over her lol

Oh I think Ineffa will never brick your account but do you have other characters in the future you want more ? If not go pull her yeah, she brings versatility to any account and you can even build two lunar teams if needed (for example Nefer + Aino + Lauma and Arlecchino / Raiden + Ineffa + Columbina);

Not particularly, Nicole looks beautiful but her personality doesn’t make me care for her particularly, but I would pull for her if she turned out to be a buff for my Arlecchino lol (she’s rumoured to be a pyro buffer, but it’s just that, a rumour)

I think using her with Raiden would be cool, and it would fill the spot for the Lunar charged team that I currently don’t have!

For Ineffa and Bina just for your account

Its BIS for Yelan, Venti, Durin, Yae Miko, Wanderer, Ayayo does really well because he has em in his kit and hopefully Yae players know this shes goes bananas, Zhongli dps, Kokomi taser etc etc

Im not going to talk about Mav/Arle overvape thats too obvious

I think CC guys have completely misinformed players.

Both of them are reviving very old team cores back to its glory days. Forget Meta its going to be epic.

I swear even if someone has Eula superconduct works.

Slingshot Yelan is very real for her onfield. Like honeslty when was the last time you read that. They break the meta by letting go of such rigid teambuilding.

Yae Miko Widisth/Notsu actually mogs Clorinde, Nuevilette, Raiden if you dont believe then watch its such narrowminded thinking oh just put Nuevilette or Raiden, CO Nuev with no Furina? Thats not good teambuilding at all.

That's goofy. Why would you pull someone you don't want? Genshin players on Reddit are something else. You guys are the same people that get mad that you lost a 50/50 going for a character you didn't even want. Skip, it's not a hard choice.

It’s pretty clear, no? Because I have only ever pulled for characters I love, but Ineffa so far is the only “meta” character I am slightly interested in because she seems to work with a lot of characters I own.
Is that hard to understand? Or do you want to pretend that the only right way to play the game is your way? I am interested in endgame content, yes. Shocking.

She's a good unit even outside of lunar teams, though right now Lauma is the highest priority.

Nefer/Bina/Lauma/Ineffa is a usable team actually
