What if Kapatcir is a fragment of Electro Sovereign ? If you try to name Little One after her, he will feel pressure. Other beings who make him feels pressure are Dragons and Xbalanque, who is the First Pyro Archon. Kapatcir's lightning also compare to serpents.

Dvalin is all but confirmed to be a Sovereign, or at least a reincarnated one. Text in Fontaine Act 1 was translated differently into EN; in CN, it implies him to be the same class of being as Neuvillette (this is why Traveler pulls the term "Hydro Dragon Sovereign" out of nowhere in Act 4). It's worth mentioning that, at least prior to 5.0, Apep was never directly called a Sovereign in the text of the game either, even though she was clearly supposed to be one. I think it's a fairly safe assumption that when the term "**the** \_\_\_\_ Dragon" comes up (where the blank is some element) it's a safe bet that said dragon is a Sovereign. In fact, one of the strongest points of evidence towards Dvalin as a Sovereign is simply that Hoyo would have to introduce and characterize an entirely different Anemo-aligned dragon by the end of the game's story, most likely from Mondstadt, and that would dampen the thematic cohesion of Mondstadt's main story with the rest of the game even further than it already is.

Kanna Kapatcir shares a lot in common with Dvalin (and Azhdaha, for that matter), but she doesn't have as much evidence in her favor since we simply don't know as much about her. It would certainly be more convenient for theorizing purposes if she was a Sovereign, though.
