When I read the Wheel of Fortune, my first thoughts come in my mind is Bennett's constellation but the right name for it is the Wheel of Calamity.
And what it looks like that Istaroth just experienced everything all at once, very curious why the card named that way as if fate decides your fortune in 'time'.

The lunar arcanum cards are based on Major arcana from Tarot cards. They share numbers and names. The interesting part is that The fool is more commonly numbered with 0 in tarots, but hoyo chose the less common 23 and placed it at the end.

I like the fool and moon from your cards. Yeah The Chariot is definetly the worst, such a simple and uninteresting design. I attempted Lunar only twice for now and got The Judgement and The World. Both are kinda cool but I rather get The Star/Death/Emperor/Justice or Wheel of Fortune. Well with time everyone of them will be mine ig, but the speed is questionable since I have really limited geo and dendro roster. Anyway, goodluck to both of us

I got the card in today's theatre. People have said that the characters you use can influence the card you will get, and if it helps, the characters I used were mostly hexen characters.

These are Lunar Arcana cards, you can earn them in the Imaginarium Theatre at max difficulty (Lunar), they contain some lore and are mainly for collection only

OP didn't said it was official design tho? It is meant to be tarot card. The official design is in God Limit trailer and even then they can change and redesign before release.

They never released something like that. They would never reveal any characters tied to Celestia before we even see The Tsaritsa. That would basically take the flow of the story to the back of the woodshed.
