Which one would be the best choice?
The green highligthed characters are those who I already have, I wrote the constellations here in case the next constellation of one of these characters was really worthy activating/ if getting c1 was worthy. And if someone says "don't care about meta, just pick a character who you like" there's no character here I would be dreaming about getting and these are 4 stars so I can always get them by pulling on some limited banners. Also while I am kind of picky and liking the character matters a lot to me, if it was a really useful character but I would not really like them , I would live if I pulled for them and strenght matters to me too because I suck at building characters and I can't make a not very strong character do 10k damage like some people, and I used to struggle with a lot of bosses and it was terrible so I don't want this again. In terms of teams, my dps/sub dps characters are Arlecchino, Kequing, Furina. (In case if any of these characters would really fit with any of mine).

Lanyan is also good but u have her c2 so dont really need to pull her.
Everyone else falls into the “it would be nice to have them to fill out the IT roster” category.
I’m probably biased because I love the character, but the closer you can get Xingqiu to C6, the better. That being said, C3 isn’t necessarily a great upgrade, but it DOES assist in his personal damage by means of an upgrade to his elemental burst talent.

Xiangling's C1 is great to consider since the "Pyro Resistance reduction on enemies substantially increases her DMG and any other Pyro character." Her C4 is a good stopping point.
Xingqiu's C2 is a good holding point for now, though you can work to building constellations for him. His C6 "open ups his choices on what he can use for Swords. Pre C6 Xingqiu needs the Sacrificial Sword to ensure he has full energy after his Elemental Burst goes off-cooldown."
