Even if you use Ads, those stats of Likes + Comments not moving much while the views explode to Millions is just straight up telling. Running Ads would not have that kind of view stat. At least likes + comments would go up not staying nearly the same

The thing is even when u use google ads the views only gradually increase and you frequently get some people to like and comment on the video too for example if a video has 500k views and 50k likes by running ads you will slowly get to lets say 2million views but at the same time you will attract some likes too, atleast 5-10k A good example of this would be banyue or dialyn from zzz, In wuwas case their trailers are stuck at like 200k views and like 30k likes and suddenly in a span of 1-2 days they get like 5 million views lol and the likes are still the same 30k, this is not running ads this is a clear case of viewbotting. Even kuro sponsored CCs like saintontas refer to this abnormal influx of views as botting not running ads they clearly know something lol

I had a previous job running Google ads. It is possible to get lots of views but little likes if you just optimise for impressions(views) without caring who the hell is even seeing the video. Quantity > quality
Usually companies try to hit the correct target audience but this results in higher cost per view, so sometimes if they are just trying to get views they don’t really care. This may be the case here
