How is Traveler still not clinically insane?
Okay I know this sounds disturbing and could trigger some people. (sorry in advance)
Since last year, when I finished the brand new Natlan archon quest act 4 this question always bugged me. How does the Traveler can just smile and attend feasts hours after witnessing dozens of Natlanese people and innocent saurian die?
Then I realised how many times the Traveler evaded death's grasp. Childe fight, Raiden, Scara. If he failed at the Fontaine court he could have gotten into even worse trouble than jail. Evading death isn't something people just forget.
Not to mention the countless trauma he might have experienced. He might get PTSD even from the most basic things. A soldier in real life with PTSD can't stand a gun being fired near them or even fireworks can remind them to the horrors of the past.
The amount of information and memories a human brain could store is extremely high, but limited. Taking that account, if the siblings traveled hundreds of different worlds even before landing in Teyvat, their brain memory would be full by now or shortly, and they couldn't even say two proper words.
I know this is a game, and not everything has to be realistic, but for some reason I can't shrug off this though, Also could be wrong about some things, feel free to correct if I'm wrong. I welcome every comment!

*"In your long journey, you have seen the birth and death of stars as they passed you by, Scattering the darkness briefly before being consumed once more."*
So maybe, they are insensitive? They witness the fall of their own planet too
And it's not like traveler isn't scared or sad- voicelines like "about nightmares" , "about being sisters" nail it down, first one especially. Xianyun story quest? Amazing in exploring this.
Tbh i was waiting for her to snap in fontaine- it was a perfect moment, with everything bubbling over and being topped off with Lyney and Lynette, and i'm disappointed it did not happen.
And, emotional numbness is one of the ptsd symptoms - i would say it somewhat exists in traveler, cause i have the feeling like she is more reckless than she was before, which is often a response for the numbness
