Probably a while depending how much you play , you don’t have to do them all in one go but if you do 1 or 2 a week could be done relatively easy , you don’t want to burn yourself out

Then ignore them. They aren't necessary for progression aside from whatever adventure XP you need to get to the next part of the AQ. Taking on a 'I have to complete everything' mindset in a game with constant content updates that is five years old is a recipe for major burnout.
Go with MofoPro's suggestion. Do one or two a week, or just do the ones the game tells you need to be done for some parts of the Archon Quest progression. If you need the XP for it... go exploring. The materials you get from chests while exploring do add up and can help you keep your characters leveled.
