What did Venti do this time towards that rock structures in Liyue..
Apart_Routine27932026-01-09 02:31
Flung it to the shadow realm?
RuRu042026-01-09 01:47
i do not see the reason to 'copy' a game looks,
do they think people gonna leave Genshin to go in a copy-cat game'? it makes no sense ,
i can understand copy the 'formula' ,which is not even Genshin exclusive, but if they want to get players to play their game they need to put effort in create a world and a story which players want to try .
Strictlystyles2026-01-09 02:12
Ngl if they put some sexy characters in it, a lot would try
Dylangillian2026-01-09 02:59
You gotta understand. Tencent will literally take the smallest opportunities at the chance of harming Hoyo's success in any way shape or form. Doesn't matter if it loses them money, they have so much of it that it just doesn't matter.
They are to this day seething that Hoyo denied their offer to be bought out and have been after them since.
Padrino242026-01-09 01:48
Tencent and plagiarism, name a better duo
MofoPro2026-01-09 01:51
Didn’t Sony sue them for making a game like the Horizon franchise ?
MiniMages2026-01-09 02:08
Not only sued but won and then got a court order to have Tencent to delete all assets, codes and repos relating to the plagiarised game.
Lazlo23232026-01-09 02:37
They settled out of court.
E17Omm2026-01-09 07:43
Didnt they just settle it and Tencent had to pull it from stores?
katbelleinthedark2026-01-09 13:19
The case never made it to court. Sony and Tencent settled and the lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice, which means it cannot be filed again.
The details of the settlement are confidential, we don't know what Tencent agreed to do. We just know the game was delisted.
baguettesy2026-01-09 02:15
yep. and iirc they announced that game not long after talks about Tencent and Sony potentially working together on an actual Horizon project fell through, so it was double yikes.
Shradow2026-01-09 03:06
I definitely think they had already started working on it before bringing the proposal to Sony, then just continued working on it after they were denied.
Tencent accusing Hoyo of plagiarism with Genshin by citing Honkai Impact 3?
Name_doesnit_exist2026-01-09 02:11
Was that a joke? A sarcasm? I'm sorry. Hearing a lot of sarcasm daily from my institutional authorities I have become someone who can't discern between what's a joke and what's not.
Primordial-one2026-01-09 02:18
Nope, not a Joke, they actually accused them of Copying Honkai Impact 3rd lmfao.
Name_doesnit_exist2026-01-09 02:19
Why tf can't I put a gif in here lmao 😭🤣🤣🤣
A_very_smol_Lugia2026-01-09 02:19
That is funny as shit
Supertails19922026-01-09 02:22
That’s the silliest thing I heard all day. 😂
Hanetsune2026-01-09 02:29
I remember how much my forehead hurt after facepalming when I saw that
BobbyWibowo2026-01-09 02:30
Nah, it did happen.
Around Genshin's release, there was a white paper authored by Tencent accusing Hoyo of plagiarism by citing a bunch of things. One of the things they cited was a Tieba meme about Genshin internally being called Honkai 4. Tencent's white paper cited it unironically, claiming it as evidence of plagiarizing Honkai 3rd, Hoyo's own game...
https://www.zhihu.com/question/438809119
LiDragonLo2026-01-09 02:42
Ah yes, hoyo plagiarizing hoyo. That sounds so logical.
Lazuchii2026-01-09 03:04
I don't understand why Tencent calls out Hoyo of plagiarizing when HI3 is not even their game. Are they really that salty when MiHoYo refused their proposal?
ArkassEX2026-01-09 05:48
Probably because most corporate lawyers handling video game cases aren't actually video gamers.
Ecstatic-Source60012026-01-09 05:58
its just easy tactic to defame company cuz people are stupid and will believe in any shit without evidence.
Tencent till this day see Hoyo as a threat.
Hot-Will30832026-01-09 03:17
Irl you can get flagged for “plagiarizing” your own papers, so maybe it’s something similar where even though it’s the same person who made it, you’re not allowed to do it legally. I mean, it’s a dumb angle tbh and would probably get thrown out immediately
Master-Bottle3412026-01-09 04:38
Yes its called self plagiarism but why tf is tencent concerned about it when both are hoyo games and the only thing similar is the gacha aspect😭
BobbyWibowo2026-01-09 04:44
Not to mention the cited argument was because Genshin's internal codename is Honkai 4, that's it, lmao
panutsya2026-01-09 03:18
Wtf?... I thought that was a hoax..
Suspicious_Deal44122026-01-09 03:58
Dam, I had forgotten how much Tencent loathes HYV.
zhcterry12026-01-09 02:51
if my memory serves me, they release some mobile gaming white paper and one of the sections touches on Genshin, claiming that players often accuse them of plagiarising games like breath of the wild and Honkai Impact 3.
PrudentTry70832026-01-09 02:23
Tbf that can be said about a lot of Chinese companies
SuzukiSatou2026-01-09 03:40
Tencent not plagiarising challenge:Impossible
KGB_cutony2026-01-09 03:56
That's their entire business plan end to end. Every product they've ever had, they either bought the rights to host, or straight up plagiarised. This goes all the way back to the 90s.
_spec_tre2026-01-09 07:04
It literally is just buy the mobile rights to the current big thing that isn’t on mobile yet
FoRiZon32026-01-09 04:19
But it's okay because they have the closest ties to the Government despite being "public".
kraaashed2026-01-09 01:48

MegaAssasine_2026-01-09 01:59

raideneiswife2026-01-09 02:46

CantaloupeParking2392026-01-09 02:48
Yeah we are not _that_ stupid
Khoakuma2026-01-09 02:04
At first I thought this was a Miliastra thing because of all the recycled old Genshin assets lol.
A new map nowadays would be a bit higher quality in environmental design I think.
sikotic4life2026-01-09 03:20
谁说这不是米利亚斯特拉(Miliastra)的东西,他们只是把它包装成一款“新”游戏来兜售?
KaiFireborn212026-01-09 14:07
Same, I thought like "since when does tencent develop in-miliastra?"
NicoKudo2026-01-09 02:58
Something I've always found funny is that a lot of people still use the "GenShiN cOpiEd BOTW" argument, yet there are games like this that straight up looks like they stole assets from genshin and they face less criticism
-morpy2026-01-09 04:21
I'm convinced that was a failed smear campaign (along with the information stealing allegations) by ~~western game companies~~ probably Tencent (edited after some realization) that fear Genshin's rapidly growing success.
Which then eventually got a good portion of actual people agreeing anyway, mostly the self-proclaimed 'hardcore' and 'authentic' gamers that 'love' gaming.
DullEbb7892026-01-09 04:53
It's not western, it's straight up Tencent because it's not so long after hoyo refuses to be bought by tencent
xXFlameScionXx2026-01-09 07:35
No wonder I felt a familiar pattern when WuWa attacks Genshin, by comparing the quality of their game to Genshin, this is just like Honor of Kings attacking Mobile Legends, saying HOK skins and in game quality is better than ML, Tencent is known to attack successful games
GKP_light2026-01-09 08:04
Genshin intentionally "copied" the trailer of BOTW. (by imitating the structure, and with Monstadt that look a lot like BOTW)
It was a marketing move to make peoples speak about the game.
Tbf wuwa copied so much from genshin but the community seems to believe that genshin copied botw and wuwa innovated on genshin, wuwa wouldn't even exist if not for genshin
aerie_zephyr2026-01-09 06:03
They even copied Hoyo’s EULA that included the word “mihoyo” 😅
LameSillyHero2026-01-09 05:13
For me the reason I checked out Genshin when it first launched was because of it being compared to BOTW.
Apekecik20712026-01-09 05:41
That's also me
- Anime BoTW
- Open world
- Multiple elements
- On PHONE
- FREE???
Let's check out. 5 years later, I'm still here
Those folk tried to bring down Genshin, instead they advertise Genshin for free. Any bad publicity is good publicity
UltraPhoenix952026-01-09 09:46
They really "ugh, look at this anime version of your favourite game f2p and on multiple platforms" to fans who "recently" learned about the sequel to their favorite game and are desperately waiting for it. (BotW2 teaser was in 2019, so 1 year before Genshin release, I was starving for something like BotW at the time)
moopym2026-01-09 16:45
Same here! My friend introduced it as a botw clone and that's how I got hooked (I adored botw and had just replayed the game over lockdown), people say it like it was a bad thing meanwhile its the main hook that got me to try it.
xXFlameScionXx2026-01-09 07:33
Even though everyone and even Genshin is fully aware that their game was inspired by BoTW, even BoTW helped Genshin, so I don't know if that argument is really effective though, the most accurate now is that the current Open world games are a straight copy to Genshin, since they also copied the Gacha
Illustrious_Kiwi55182026-01-09 01:50
The world design and colour palette does seem very similar to early genshin but I haven't seen actual gameplay so idk.
Also when was the first time they plagarised genshin?
Costyn172026-01-09 01:55
First time, idk.
But, there was a post earlier about a Tencent game web event using one of the geo gems icon in it.
Illustrious_Kiwi55182026-01-09 01:59
I just went back and read through that post, Tencent literally can't stop copy pasting assets lmao
DivideMind2026-01-09 02:32
Last I heard their base pay wasn't great so it might be more of a "I'm not being paid enough to actually make all the assets" kinda thing.
BobbyWibowo2026-01-09 02:32
I still don't understand why they are "consistently sloppy". Are their workers just paid/treated so bad that they intentionally leave evidence all the time?
Hanetsune2026-01-09 01:58
IIRC Tower of Fantasy was accused to have copied some assets from Honkai Impact and other miHoYo games, trailer copied another game I don’t remember the name of practically shot for shot, and a later event item copied the saint quartz of Fate/GO.
A_very_smol_Lugia2026-01-09 02:20
[removed]
Hanetsune2026-01-09 02:25
That specific one I never knew, yet not really surprised they did that
Various_Mobile47672026-01-09 02:27
I heard this from someone who was working in game development before that told me copying assets was basically an open secret with game devs.
I suspect it happens a lot more with smaller studios, but then when these guys start working on larger projects, they end up dipping into that well again not realizing the game has changed and the culture of expectations is way stricter. And then it get passed all the filters and released before anyone else in the team realizes anything was plaigiarised.
michaelbooster2026-01-09 03:32
Yeah i remember that. Tof did used an asset(the sword, "3rd Sacred Relic") from Honkai Impact 3 for one of their trailer. They removed that trailer after they got caught.
zhcterry12026-01-09 02:55
The earliest instance that I could remember is one of their honor of kings poster essentially pasted an image of Genshin's map. The poster showed a door, half opening to an open world (I recall it was to promote their honor of kings open-world game), and that glimpse of the open world was essentially a screen shot of Genshin's Map (If I recall correctly it was Dawn Winery).
Tencent apologized and blamed their third party art provider. I do think there are instances before that but I can't recall the exact the details.
Veldin4612026-01-09 01:50
Just from this footage, looks different enough for me to call it "heavily inspired" instead of "plagiarized".
arminismyspirtanimal2026-01-09 01:55
I feel like this proves copying doesnt make it feel the same. This is very much a genshin copy but with no heart and soul making it feel weird
looking at this it feels like its trying to copy genshin (obvs) but it doesnt work becauses theres no heart and soul. Genshin landscapes you can tp anywhere look so incredible, a lot of dev thoughts go into them and it shows this just feels like they got a collage of genshin ss and tried to recreate without thinking
Sufficient-Set26442026-01-09 02:28
Problem that I see in TC is that they seem more passionate about making money than making industry changing games, It's the talented studios that sell out to them that should get most of the credit not them.
Max-x-x-x-x2026-01-09 01:55
from what i can see the lighting, textures and color pallette are almost identical, also i beleive i saw a parody of an oculus,if i saw this video before exploring liyue i would be confused because i can’t find that location in game, the only thing different is the water that maybe has somewhat more reflection but that is a given since genshin came out almost 5 and a half years ago and was thinking more of how to get this thing running on phones instead of putting RTX into the game
bivampirical2026-01-09 03:49
i think the water used to look like that in genshin's beta actually lmao
Ecstatic-Source60012026-01-09 06:10
yeah, it the first what caught my eyes
passingbyEfood2026-01-09 01:56

corecenite2026-01-09 03:54

DankCoronaBoi2026-01-09 02:01
Tencent still seething that Hoyo didn’t sell out to them
mr_beanoz2026-01-09 02:21
In an alternate timeline, maybe we'd see hoyo and kuro team up making a large scale open world game under tencent's paycheck
LeMandarin082026-01-09 02:24
I'm glad we're not in that timeline. A large scale open world from China would probably not even exist.
mr_beanoz2026-01-09 02:26
why? I thought tencent would like an idea of something like that after seeing the success of botw
Sufficient-Set26442026-01-09 02:26
Or maybe Kuro was the independent company and Mihoyo was under TC lol
leposterofcrap2026-01-09 02:54
No thank you
zhcterry12026-01-09 02:59
That timeline would have been one where the Hoyo IPO was approved. But even if Tencent acquired Hoyo, they won't make Hoyo and Kuro team up. They'd more likely not acquire Kuro in the first place because their internal offerings will cannibalize each other. Or he could let both teams create Open World games and EOS the one that made less money. I highly doubt Genshin would exist because during it release there's no market statistics suggesting a game like Genshin would be successful, and I doubt Tencent would invest so much on Hoyo to create that game given their status at that time, with the only successful game being HI3.
Cocoatrice2026-01-09 02:01
Suspected? xD This is such an obvious plagiarism.
GIsimpnumber12362026-01-09 02:03
It's so uncanny it looks like an ai version of what chat gpt think Genshin looks like
tteokl_2026-01-09 02:38

irsyada0072026-01-09 02:05

But then the shot change to that Yellow/Orange hue 😂
SkyTheLoner2026-01-09 02:10
Yeah, like "oh generic plains area that reminds me of Mondstadt, I'll allow it".
"Wait, the ruins look a bit..."
And then Liyue and Inazuma-lite showed up.
KazakiriKaoru2026-01-09 02:33
Chenyu Vale too with the pink trees
TetraNeuron2026-01-09 02:33
idk why Tencent feels they need to make this clone when they already have Wuwa
Confident-Low-26962026-01-09 02:49
Wuwa looks nothing like genshin, guess they’re shooting for a more stylized aesthetic with this one
leposterofcrap2026-01-09 02:53
Kuro games still operated independently
Rayyan_32412026-01-09 03:23
Wuwa is eh if you’re a casual gamer tho, it’s more focused towards people with higher grade setups (I’m saying this as a big Kuro stan btw). I think they want more games to capture the casual demographic
Kagari19982026-01-09 04:18
Because Tencent is a big ass company, and have many departments and subsidiaries under them.
The acquire Kuro with a 51% stake, but that doesnt meant they have to stop whatever they are doing atm to accomodate for them.
Like they also held a majority shares in Riot, yet they still made HoK, a League copycat and subsequently their own "TFT" instead.
gonefishin92026-01-09 05:36
HoK was made after Tencent requested Riot to make a mobile port of LoL and Riot's executive refused because he believed it was impossible to replicate LoL's gameplay on mobile at the time. Tencent disagreed so they had one of their other subsidiaries look into it and HoK was the result.
Pollsmor2026-01-09 04:23
I can’t believe they copied Britain from HSR too
Nameless492026-01-09 02:23
Yeah the color palette gives it away. It's so recognizably Liyue
Yumeverse2026-01-09 02:45
There were houses that are 100% the yellow cabins from Liyue too
ambulance-kun2026-01-09 03:08
Ikr, usually genshin accusations go in the realm of "hoyo invented this very common trope that existed in anime and game culture for decades, you are plagiarizing by coincidentally ending up with this very commonly used trope"
But this time it's actually a legit accusation
Els2362026-01-09 04:07
Unless HoYo are using asset-store assets, which I don't believe they are, it's hard to call genshin "common unity style".
Ecstatic-Source60012026-01-09 06:04
No its their own assets. In mond and liyue they even watermarked textures to prevent others to copy genshin. Dont know if watermarks saved till this day
Rebellion22972026-01-09 04:22
The first complete giveaway to me was the big stone bricks. Those are literally the exact same ones you could see all over liyue and mondstadt.
dxonxisus2026-01-09 09:13
> at first i thought it was just a coincidence, Since it's the common style/visual of Unity Engine
no, it’s not?
SignificanceLow30722026-01-09 02:06
This is just genshin assets being used in a different game. I’m not discrediting the plagiarism I’m just saying it’s so obvious but I mean if the gameplay isn’t similar then I mean it could just be a engine thing
ataquemosle2026-01-09 02:09
Brother that's literally a Genshin map. It definitely can't get more blatant than this, right? Oh yeah, I forgot those ads using modded Genshin gameplay to advertise their shitty 2D game.
Dark_Magicion2026-01-09 02:09
You could have just quoted this as a very expansive Milliastra Map and I'd have gone with that.
app082026-01-09 02:10
If you hadn't told me otherwise I would have assumed this was miliastra.
Awkward-Confection-62026-01-09 02:10
I started watching the video without seeing the title, I said, oh Genshin Impact new map? liyue new zone, then I read the title...
The_Architect_0322026-01-09 02:11
I don't doubt it, but we need more proof than just "same exact art style". Gotta compare the tree models and rock models to see if anything was actually ripped from the game, since art style can't be copywritten.
Honestly though, it does look like it was made using 100% assets ripped from Genshin, but Idk that without actually comparing the individual models.
mariannevonedmund22026-01-09 02:12
Those are Genshin's assets for sure
EX_Rank_Luck2026-01-09 02:12
Don't some of the early assets in Genshin have a trademark imprinted on them I think it looked like an anemo or geo slime on some of the mountain building blocks
SleepySera2026-01-09 02:12
Lol it's not even an "well, similar artstyle" thing, they just outright use Genshin assets. I hope they get sued, it's such a garbage company.
RittoxRitto2026-01-09 02:12
To me this just looks like GenericFantasyWorld.jpg so, if that's "copying Genshin" it says something different than what you think it does. These areas look really small comparatively and everything looks like it's imitating a mountain since the area's all seemingly naturally go up to a singular point.
Furao_Fernandes2026-01-09 02:14
Suspected?
tridup472026-01-09 02:15
I was gonna say it was probably enough to be legally different, but then some of it looks too much like specific landmarks in Genshin.

XnoxNeo2026-01-09 02:20

Wasn't Genshin initially blamed to be ripping off Zelda, and that made a lot of Nintendo games' fans mad. I remember some die hard folks in the West even protesting.
I mean 鳴潮・WuWa was also meant to be "ripping off Genshin". I tried it, it had fun moments but I never felt it so I dropped it.
Perhaps if Tencent delivers something interesting that can last for another 10 years...But saying something is being plagiarised after Genshin got the same treatment initially....

amm0nition2026-01-09 02:25
Plagiarizing Genshin Impact in the great 2026? There are better games to plagiarize, Tencent.
SeaDots2026-01-09 02:26
I mean, Genshin plagarized breath of the wild in many ways, too. Some of the music is pretty identical. The motif for one of the aranara songs is like 1:1 rito village. The gliding and chests, the towers, enemies, etc. Hillichurls are just bokoblins. Abyss mages are just wizrobes. Picking fruits from trees, killing animals for meat spawns, eggs, plants, and cooking pots are another example. The exploding barrels and archery style are practivally the same. Claymore attacks usually spin the same as Link's. I could honestly go on and on.
But over time it became it's own game with a storyline completely different from Zelda! I say this as a major Zelda fan who was initally peeved at Hoyo for ripping off Zelda, but came around and now I've been playing Genshin since 2020.
It's not a great look to complain about plagiarism when your game started with plagarism.

For a moment I thought this was someone’s teapot realm showcase
Sacredfice2026-01-09 02:27
That's Tencent business model tho.
bananapeeljazzy2026-01-09 02:28
Not even just Genshin, you can see a skyview tower from Zelda Tears of the Kingdom in there. We’ve come full circle
KombuchaWay2026-01-09 02:28
Expected from tencent, everything they touch is shit, I won't expect anything different from this new "game" from them.
Right-Silver73542026-01-09 02:30
Sunflowers in Liyue ?
Genshin could never !
alexcercia2026-01-09 02:30
Wtf, this is not "inspired" neither "similar", is a straight up copy, literally the exact same genshin maps.
qviinn2026-01-09 02:30
What game are they making?
MacAttack2649842026-01-09 02:30
他们真的很喜欢璃月。
Elite-X032026-01-09 02:32
Bro if you want to copy just change the art style 😭 this shit just look exactly like genshin
gmapterous2026-01-09 02:33
Finally, after it was teased in the [2021 Game Awards](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JBUm2zPAR4I), we finally have Jenshin Impact
ACompleteRandomGuy2026-01-09 02:34
Someone can probably build these in the genshin teapot the assets are that similar
EienGem2026-01-09 02:35
I guess plagiarism isn't that much frowned upon by gamers there?
Else, why'd TC even resort to this kind of publicity stunt?
Spoopy_Kirei2026-01-09 02:36
Is their game engine Miliastra Wonderland? lol
kaori_cicak9902026-01-09 02:39
Bruh i thought its miliastra showcase
_Mugiwara-ya2026-01-09 02:40
you’re telling me this isn’t genshin…?!
acart0052026-01-09 02:43
I do find it hilarious that Genshin was accused of being a knock off of Breath of the Wild and now it has its own knock offs.
At least Genshin's combat is night and day from BotW combat.
_DestroyerX2026-01-09 05:59
People had to focus on the animations and mechanics since the games overall look different. Even if you put those Genshin and BOTW side by side, people can't really tell any similarities other than they're both open worlds with open world mechanics.
hackenclaw2026-01-09 06:37
every FPS copy Doom we know that...
GenoTheBreadDoctor2026-01-09 02:44
How many times do we have to teach you this lesson old man!
wweeeeeeeeeeeeee2026-01-09 02:44
i thought it was just a miliastra project lol
Ryoubi_Wuver2026-01-09 02:49
Am I supposed to believe this ISN'T Genshin?
adamant31432026-01-09 02:57
Fart of the Wild
rayhaku8082026-01-09 03:07
It's 2026 and they're still this pissed that they couldn't buy hoyo

兄弟,我百分百相信这是茶壶里那些高明的把戏。
do they think people gonna leave Genshin to go in a copy-cat game'? it makes no sense ,
i can understand copy the 'formula' ,which is not even Genshin exclusive, but if they want to get players to play their game they need to put effort in create a world and a story which players want to try .
They are to this day seething that Hoyo denied their offer to be bought out and have been after them since.
The details of the settlement are confidential, we don't know what Tencent agreed to do. We just know the game was delisted.
至少这张图还有一线生机,虽然阴影处理明显是模仿《原神》,但画面中缺少了任何标志性建筑,比如鸣神神社。
Around Genshin's release, there was a white paper authored by Tencent accusing Hoyo of plagiarism by citing a bunch of things. One of the things they cited was a Tieba meme about Genshin internally being called Honkai 4. Tencent's white paper cited it unironically, claiming it as evidence of plagiarizing Honkai 3rd, Hoyo's own game...
https://www.zhihu.com/question/438809119
Tencent till this day see Hoyo as a threat.
A new map nowadays would be a bit higher quality in environmental design I think.
Which then eventually got a good portion of actual people agreeing anyway, mostly the self-proclaimed 'hardcore' and 'authentic' gamers that 'love' gaming.
It was a marketing move to make peoples speak about the game.

- FREE???
Let's check out. 5 years later, I'm still here
Those folk tried to bring down Genshin, instead they advertise Genshin for free. Any bad publicity is good publicity
Also when was the first time they plagarised genshin?
But, there was a post earlier about a Tencent game web event using one of the geo gems icon in it.
I suspect it happens a lot more with smaller studios, but then when these guys start working on larger projects, they end up dipping into that well again not realizing the game has changed and the culture of expectations is way stricter. And then it get passed all the filters and released before anyone else in the team realizes anything was plaigiarised.
Tencent apologized and blamed their third party art provider. I do think there are instances before that but I can't recall the exact the details.
looking at this it feels like its trying to copy genshin (obvs) but it doesnt work becauses theres no heart and soul. Genshin landscapes you can tp anywhere look so incredible, a lot of dev thoughts go into them and it shows this just feels like they got a collage of genshin ss and tried to recreate without thinking
Expansion!
But then the shot change to that Yellow/Orange hue 😂
"Wait, the ruins look a bit..."
And then Liyue and Inazuma-lite showed up.
The acquire Kuro with a 51% stake, but that doesnt meant they have to stop whatever they are doing atm to accomodate for them.
Like they also held a majority shares in Riot, yet they still made HoK, a League copycat and subsequently their own "TFT" instead.
But this time it's actually a legit accusation
no, it’s not?
Honestly though, it does look like it was made using 100% assets ripped from Genshin, but Idk that without actually comparing the individual models.
Down to the artstyle too 🥀
I mean 鳴潮・WuWa was also meant to be "ripping off Genshin". I tried it, it had fun moments but I never felt it so I dropped it.
Perhaps if Tencent delivers something interesting that can last for another 10 years...But saying something is being plagiarised after Genshin got the same treatment initially....
>plagiarizing
But over time it became it's own game with a storyline completely different from Zelda! I say this as a major Zelda fan who was initally peeved at Hoyo for ripping off Zelda, but came around and now I've been playing Genshin since 2020.
It's not a great look to complain about plagiarism when your game started with plagarism.
