New set next patch, ATK/Anemo/Crit main stats. New set gives 20% CR, so aim for 80% before that, incl weapon. ER maybe a little bit, but not much is needed if he's on-field. EM is a 'nice to have, but not a priority' since you're doing more raw Anemo damage than Swirl damage. Make sure you're pairing him with another Hexerei character though. For weapons, depends on your options, Rust and Stringless are ok but each only buffs half his damage, Song of Stillness if you've got a healer to proc it works on all his damage. Or if you've got a 5* stat stick, like Skyward Harp.
But if you have a set of Desert Pavillion Chronicles already, that's best, or just keep VV for now until you farm the new set.
