I'd say it's quite reasonable to ask for this information, given that C6 Columbina gives 20% Lunar Reaction DMG Elevation literally just by being in the team, zero field-time needed.
What's being showcased here is basically just pure Lunar-Crystallize DMG, and that DMG would be noticeably lower with C0 Columbina compared to C6 Columbina.

Lunar crystallized and lunar charged reactions work almost identically. They both scale off mainly EM and crit. The character that had the highest damage from the reaction formula contributes their full damage, the second highest contributes half of their damage, and the 3rd and 4th each contribute 1/12th of their damage. The final damage number you see is just those 4 damage numbers added up.

Columbina enables all three lunar reactions by herself, but Lunar Bloom does absolutely nothing unless you use Columbina as a charge attack DPS which will do no damage without Lauma, Lunar Charged is just fancy ElectroCharged without a proper lunar team (the damage difference is really minimal, you're just playing taser teams as usual) and Lunar Crystallize is only okay because you're replacing regular Crystallize which does 0 damage (how much the shields matter to you may vary, you don't get them anymore).
