genshin wish history lost

i started playing genshin in 2022 but i haven't been playing consistently for a year now. i checked my wish history and this is all i can see. does this mean that my previous history is deleted?

i want to see my stats using paimoe but this is all I have even when i input my data. please help

The history is gone after 1 year, but Hoyo still knows it, so you haven't lost your pity counter. You just can't see it yourself unless you previously saved it on paimon.moe or similar.

Mihoyo will delete any pull records that's over 6 months

actually 1 year. they changed it around version 4.5. you can actually read the first sentence of the paragraph there.

It's increased to 1 year since 4.5. I only learned of this fairly recently as it's not really a highlight on version updates.

Hoyoverse only stores your most recent wish history, unfortunately you cannot recover the history once they delete it.

I've heard that it's pretty common to lose your history after not playing for a while. Also, I don't see anyone else saying this, but welcome back!

[Paimon.moe](http://Paimon.moe) only records what you can see in your pull history yourself, starting from when you first sign on with them. Since you didn't sign on until you'd already lost your history, they can't help you.

Mihoyo tracks your entire pull history, but only show's you the past year's worth of data.

I've heard folks say you can contact customer support and request a full pull history, but I don't actually know whether this works or not.

If it doesn't work, then you're out of luck. You'll just need to guess what your pity is at.
