doing so requires not 1, not 2, but 3masterless stella fortuna, which you get from pulling a 5 Star character that you already have at c6.

Tall order, I know

You literally said you have seen 4* level 100 so 🤣

They can, but please don’t.

In order to break the level cap of 90, you need Masterless Stellla Fortunas. These can only be obtained by getting copies of a five star character *after* they've gotten all six constellations

In other words, it's for whales and a few very un/lucky people only

Once you've gotten a 5-star character to C6, any additional copies of that 5-star character will give you Masterless Stella Fortuna instead of additional Constellations.

A Masterless Stella Fortuna can be used on ANY level 90 character (4-star or 5-star, it doesn't matter) to raise them to level 95. TWO Masterless Stella Fortuna can be used on any level 95 character to raise them to level 100.

For most players gaining even one Masterless Stella Fortuna is a VERY long-term thing. Unless you're a whale, you're not likely to bring Limited 5-star characters to C6, let alone PAST C6, and you probably won't have gotten enough Standard 5-star characters for them to reach C6. (I've been playing since close to the game's release, and my highest Standard is at C4.)

Unless you're a whale, don't worry about reaching level 100. It's not a thing you're expected to do - just a perk that takes some of the sting off if you've gotten otherwise useless 5-star dupes.

Lvl 100 is whale territory, lvl 90 is the normal cap and it's fine gets the job done.
