Genshin Impact is being left behind in DLSS support
So far in Hoyoverse's games that are available for the PC, Star Rail a few patches ago started to support DLSS and FSR3 , and now news that Zenless is already readying itself for a future patch for DLSS implementation
Its such a shame that Hoyoverse's Genshin Impact Beloved as it is by many players has yet to have real DLSS implementation
I fear that talks and rumors of the game's spaghetti code being the possible reason for it not having QOL updates as fast as the other games in the Hoyoverse library
I hope that the developers are at least aware that some of the people playing would like it as a option just to partake in Nvidia's features
Additionally I would like to ask the community if someone knows of a way to implement DLSS to Genshin Impact Forcefully , and if that is safe for the game

QOL tends to bounce between games. They do it in one, and if it works, then do it in another, and so on.
For example, Genshin was the first to allow picking substats for artifacts, and then HSR got it.
I think improving FSR quality or addin generic XeSS support that is supported by iGPU in laptop APU makes more sense.
Basically MSAA/SSAA but with a lower performance penalty.
Genshin doesn't really need it though, it can run at 60FPS even on 4K on a fairly ok GPU. Though what I would like is if they unlocked 120FPS, I don't want to use hacks to play at higher framerates.
For Genshin you can at least enable Smooth Motion on 40/50-series GPUs to safely get 120 FPS via frame generation. It's driver-level and not engine-level so it's a bit more prone to artifacting, especially on 2D elements like the HUD, but it's not too bothersome. Well worth it for the smoothness, in my opinion.
Genshin is certainly the game that need it the least with HSR. Zzz I can see the use.
Having DLSS adds a backbone support and could also mean FSR3 which will help a lot of older PCs out there including myself
I'd settle for uncapped FPS.
