Problem I had suddenly

Well, I got a new phone that I can play Genshin in it, I started playing and all happy things, but then I uninstalled it accidentally and now I can't open it. It's always downloading some 1024 mb that I don't know where it comes from and then, when verifying archives it goes at max to 20% and closes suddenly. It literally didn't have any time to update, so that's not the problem, already restarted my phone, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have enough storage for the game, my wifi is good and the Genshin support simply won't answer, so anyone have any idea what should be the problem?
My phone is a Redmi A5(I already know this thing have a lot of problems)

Lowk j fully delete the app and try again in a couple days. If it still doesn’t work it’s prolly a hardware issue

I just think this is super strange, because it was working well just before I accidentally uninstalled it, I could use it on max graphics and everything (didn't played like this because it gets a bit laggy). Something suddenly stopping working like this is not normal, right?
