How do I get past the latch on this door?

I’ve tried gathering Ousia and Pneuma energy, using ousia and pneuma characters, using various sea creatures abilities - nothing gets the Crystal to light up and release the latch to continue the puzzle. What should I do?

If it is the one in south west of the tower in south Fontaine, it is quest locked.

Edit: I think the quest might be the 2nd one near the statue of 7 in Fontaine city or whatever it is called (middle west of Fontaine map), but I might be entirely wrong.

I am sure it is quest locked though

It’s about to the east of the big ywllow island whwre all the bubbles are. It’s been a while since I’ve last played - October of 2024 - so I’ve forgotten a bunch of stuff unfortunately 😩 thank you.

It has to do with a world quest called "An Expected Lie."
