Mavuika next rerun? Missed her banner while I was offline (returned after 2 years)

Hi everyone,

I recently returned to Genshin Impact after being inactive for almost 2 years, and I found out that I completely missed Mavuika’s banner while I was offline :(

She really fits my playstyle and I’m genuinely interested in pulling for her, so I wanted to ask:

• Do we have any idea or pattern for when Mavuika might get her next rerun?

• Based on past Archon / popular character reruns, how long do reruns usually take?

• Please tell the probable period of month

I know reruns aren’t officially predictable, but I’d love to hear speculation, banner pattern analysis, or opinions from veteran players.

Archons re-run once a year. I'd guess sometime in the spring, so March or April.

You'll want to save for Citlali as well as they work as a pair.

Just to add to the other person's reply that Citlali had a rerun last August so it's unlikely she'll rerun before Mavuika does so you might want to do a couple of wishes on Xilonen's current banner before it ends on Tuesday to see if you can either get an early copy of her or at least get a copy of Iansan as she really wants other Natlan characters as her teammates so could be an issue if you have none.

If you're playing her as a DPS Mavuika has a unique way of charging her burst through nightsoul so she kind of needs at least one Natlan teammate or more.

Hmmm, might be a good idea to ask over at Mavuika mains when her rerun comes up to see what teams you could make. You could at least use her off field with Raiden overload if you like playing Raiden.

Off topic though if you're pulling for Columbina you might want to consider also pulling for Ineffa or saving for Lauma as similar to Mavuika Columbina also works best with at least one other character from her own region.

True but Ineffa's first rerun is happening quite quickly when you consider Skirk and Escoffier are still waiting for their first rerun but released before Ineffa.

Citlali already had her first rerun so I just wouldn't bet on her rerunning as quickly. She is very popular though so she might rerun with Mavuika's next rerun but on the off chance she doesn't and OP really wants to play Mavuika as a DPS Xilonen or Iansan will at least help them build a Maviuka team.

Also correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Mavuika decent to have since worst case scenario you can play her with pyro mc or as an off fielder.

Or just for exploration?

The Mavuika mains would know better than as me as they have probably tested those comps as alternatives to having no Natlan teammates.

She will at least work perfectly fine in her off field teams or for exploration like you said.

Very likely in either 6.4 or 6.5. One will have Raiden rerun and another Mavuika rerun. That's speculation btw, not a leaked info. I would bet on 6.4 since >!Varka is there and he is supposedly good with 2 anemo 2 pyro, I can totally see Durin and Mavuika being his best team.!<

Hard to predict but she’ll definitely come back eventually. Reruns usually circle every few patches, so just save and be ready. Hoyo loves making us wait lol

Let's analyze it based on past rerun patterns. Nahida and Furina 2nd reruns were 4.4 and 5.4 respectively. Mavuika 6.4 makes sense following this pattern. There is also Xilonen whom Mavuika always came 2 banners after. 5.1 Xilonen 5.3 Mavuika, 5.5 Xilonen 5.7 Mavuika. Xilonen is 6.2 so 6.4 Mavuika. Hoyo can break patterns so it's not guaranteed but this is just my thoughts on it. If not 6.4, 6.5 is probable as well especially if Raiden comes 6.4 instead since they are last 2 Archons needing a rerun this patch cycle. Let's wait on 6.4 beta next week to find out and hopefully Mavuika is there since I have been saving for Level 100 C6R5. She is coming home one day and good luck on your pulls.
