In terms of gameplay she's next to useless to me cause I don't have any Nod-Krai 5\* chars... Stopped following meta some time ago so Idk if she's enabling any non Nod-Krai teams.
In terms of personality... She's a gacha character so they made her to be as likeable as possible so she sells well. To me she seems similar to other friendly characters.
I absolutely dislike her design. I hate barefoot characters. Her skirt is too short, her nightgown looks plain. Also she's another one I like to call "too much on top, not enough on bottom".
Her movement is at least pretty satisfying but that's all. Easy skip for me.

Well she's also an Off-field hydro applier not dependent on Normal attacks. Which can be quite useful either way.

Thats why i mod my game, im sick of seeing bare legs on every frikin girl in this game.
Its lazy gooner bait design at this point. (Especiàly since the characters models are all the same its even lazier)
Most of the mods i use put actual pants on them, or clothes close to pants.
A lot of my mods are also "put longer skirts" like on escoffier.

Really good kit but will pick up on her rerun as I need Ineffa more currently + saving for Neuvillette. I wish they'd ran her with Zibai so I can pull for her and skip Zibai to save for Ineffa and Neuvillette.
Since she's like the archon, I feel they'll rerun her sooner than the other two so I'll just aim for her rerun. Ok so her kit aside, her character was decent till they went the weird ship with the Aether (Like come on "I miss you all" and only drew a photo of Aether... like I don't want to say she's incel gooner bait but if it look like a duck and quack like a duck well what else is it?...).

To be honest, it is evident that Hoyoverse put a massive amount of thought into her production value, and I am genuinely happy for the people who are pulling for her because they love this direction. If this version of the character resonates with you, then I'm glad you're getting exactly what you wanted. I never want to be the guy who rains on someone else's parade just for the sake of it, and I hope she brings a lot of value to your accounts.
That being said, she isn't for me, and the teaser was the final straw. Watching her draw the Traveler's face in the sand felt like such a transparent pivot to shipping bait. It feels disingenuous to watch a character with centuries of history and supposedly deep bonds with her fellow Harbingers ignore all of that just to fawn over a protagonist she barely knows. It reduces her agency to just being another character waiting for the MC to 'fix' or validate them, rather than a standalone entity with her own relationships.
Ultimately, it comes down to expectations. People argue that assuming she would be 'scary' based on Childe and Scaramouche’s lines was a reach, I disagree, but let’s say it was. Even if expecting a menace was far-fetched, it is infinitely more far-fetched to look at that same lore and conclude she was meant to be a socially inept girl we feed lollipops to at a festival. The leap from 'Rank 3 Harbinger' to 'Waifu-coded date' is just too wide a gap for me to bridge, and it feels like the writers chose the safest, most marketable path rather than the most interesting one.

I don't know if I'm in the minority here but I don't like how Columbina walks/run. Of course I understand it adds some elegance to her being the moon goddess but I just don't like it. It makes the character feel super floaty while similair characters like the other Archons have the 'normal' running animation.
As for pulling I'll be skipping as I'm going for Zibai + Weapon so I'll probably get her on a rerun at some point

In my opinion, boring. I really don't want to pull her but I like all the other girls in Nod Krai so I might "have to" for ease of play. But like Furina she's gonna be heavily balanced around energy recharge requirements which is so unsatisfying to work around.
Seriously though, she's a boring character with a mediocre design. It's kokomi but less colorful. And she has the same drawn out, repetitive "lonely girl" story that Furina had.
Her burst is really badass though, I'll give her that.
