Anybody know how to replicate this to keep the domain door open?

I was AFK in front of this door (Forsaken Rift) while somebody in co-op was farming mats. I switched to my map to save on CPU/power. Co-op player left after a few minutes. When I came back, I "leave co-op" or "leave team" or whatever since I was already on my own. Found the door open like that.

P.S. I find the particles in the doorway kinda creepy all wiggly like that.
