Pretty much my take as well if I look at this pragmatically. Realistically no one, but if there HAS to be one, it is Citlali.
Long life span like the traveler, has zero responsibilities meaning Traveler can leave Teyvat with her with no issues, Citlali has crushed the hardest on the traveler compared to the others, and Citlali is theorized to be a Pure Child of Anāsrava. So she will have some relevancy when the Traveler leaves Teyvat and HSR lore kicks in.

Canon romance for playable characters is not at all unseen in gacha games. Not even unseen in miHoYo's games specifically.
I don't expect to see it in Genshin, apart from maybe learning more about Klee's dad if Alice becomes playable. But the idea that it's this huge taboo is a big misconception.

It's probably better to stick with someone who's also a long life span... Citlali, Columbina, Archons overall or both twins were enganged against their wishes and they fled to Teyvat. Who knows?;) I'll probably would go with Citlali since I really vibe with her pasttimes, but the drinking has to go.

Actually thooo, I just did the region quest with Citlali and she might have my favorite personality out of every character I've interacted with so far, but alcoholism is a massive deal breaker :(

Citlali - Potentially immortal or exceptionally long lived. Should be free to leave Teyvat and travel the stars. Has just enough bad habits to be interesting. Ideal wife material.

The twins have traveled to countless worlds. If they were inclined to settle down with anyone, they probably would have long ago. In addition, they're quite old - most, if not all of Teyvat's residents would be like babies to them, if not mayflies.
While the Traveler listens to the people they meet, sympathizes with them, comforts them, helps them, it's very, very rare that the Traveler shares any of themself with others. It's a one-way street. It's very rare that there's any kind of mutual sharing. The Traveler never shares their worries, and only very rarely gives any details about themselves to others.
The only exception I can think of is Citlali. When she was angsting about outliving the people that she loves, and the Traveler shares how they choose to deal with that problem. The Traveler shared a part of themself to make Citlali feel better.
Even including Columbina, so far Citlali is the only case where I felt as though the relationship come close to developing both ways. It wasn't just the character simping for the Traveler.
So, while I don't think that the Traveler is actually considering anyone on Teyvat as marriage material, if I had to pick one person it would be Citlali.
