HELP! did i lose my account for good?

i downloaded genshin back in 2021 when i still played on ps4. i never technically made an account since it didn’t ask me to link it to a gmail. i thought it would link to the mail i use on my ps automatically. i recently got a pc and found out today that i need to link my account ingame.

problem is: it’s deleted from the ps4 store and i don’t have it downloaded.

is there a way i can link it or recover it? what can i do? i was ar 54 and i have a lot of stuff there so i’d appreciate any help in getting it back😔

You should be able to find it in the library app on your ps4

You should still be able to download it since you've played before.
>Accounts of PlayStation™Network that have previously downloaded Genshin Impact can still re-download it at any time via [Store > Library], even if the game is deleted from the device.

You could see if that works.

can’t believe i’ve had my ps4 since it came out and i didn’t know there was a library😭 it gave me two resource packs to download - not sure if that includes the game, but i hope so!
