For me its ineffa !

I absolutely loved her design and she actually feel robotic , she's so unique and i am so glad i got her on first run cause how meta she turns out to be and amazing personality

YES, SAME. I absolutely love all of the Natlan designs, especially Mavuika's, and I love the way they all play, too. It saddens me always seeing hate for them, so I love whenever I see positivity around Natlan as a whole. Natlan itself is probably my favorite region so far, too.

Edit: I genuinely love every character design in the game. All of Natlan, all of everywhere, doesn't matter who. There hasn't been a single character *design* I've disliked. Character behavior sure, but *never* design.

See, I love all of the natlan designs EXCEPT mavuika. A leather full bodysuit feels lame and uninspired. Not befitting an archon. It also really breaks a bit of immersion for me to see some chick in a bodysuit riding a motorcycle. I get how it makes sense in the lore but it’s too similar to the stuff I see in my day to day life.

Most of them are really unique. I love Chasca’s gameplay, riding that giant flying gun while shooting enemies from above is awesome. She is basically untouchable and can move so fast while loading and firing bullets. Then between fights I can change “ammunitions” (her supports) to adapt to basically everything. I got her C2 R1 and I couldn’t be happier about that.

My issue with Chasca is how easy and basic she is to play, unless it's a ruin guard, then all the sudden it's 1.0 again and you're a ragdoll being thrown around

Her gameplay is rather straightforward with simple rotations, but she isn’t too easy. To maximise her damage you have to fire her rounds manually as soon as the 5th bullet is fully loaded, because the 6th that way will be loaded and fired during the firing animation. This allows her to fire a 5th Charged Attack with 4-5 bullets. Getting the timing right isn’t that easy and requires to pay constant attention.

Against groups of enemies at C2 you can use the same trick to fire 3 bullets while fully loading 2, which allows to fire the AoE bullets 8 times. In multi-wave content knowing where the next wave will spawn and rapidly moving the camera toward them makes a big difference.

She can avoid the homing missiles of Ruin Guards by moving laterally and changing direction while they are getting closer.

Oh yea I know her cool tricks and I think her c6 allows for some super cool bullet tricks, but ultimately it's still just wiggling side to side counting ticks while holding and releasing your mouse button relatively slowly.

I agree with that, and she doesn’t have the flexibility someone like Skirk has with her two modes, but personally I don’t mind because I’m not that good at adjusting rotations on the fly.

I find playing Chasca to be most enjoyable when not using Bennet, because I can freely kite the enemy and use the movement ability that makes her so satisfying. Staying still or barely moving feels kind of weird to me.

I prefer the explanation around her gun. When she flies the leather leg is on top of the gun while the naked leg is at the side for balance, close to the rotating thingy.

Anyone who worked with machinery knows VERY well how terrible combination clothes and rotating machinery can be...

Ofcourse this doesn't answer why don't just both legs are naked. Well, for any kind of reasons. Could be hiding a scar or something. Or maybe could help with recoil/fall damage if it's using the leather leg as main support. Someone mentioned it being similar to one arm bracers,not the same but similar concept.

Ofc that's just cope, we all know that hoyo went a little too far with their assymetry fetish. But I still don't get why people act that weirdly about it. (not you, I just remember some comments around her release acting as if its the worst abomination ever seen by humanity)

Very much, same for me. Ineffa has one of my favorite voices among all the cast. It stands out in such a novel manner, being both robotic yet with subtle intonation and change in tone that makes her pleasant to listen to.

Mad props to her VA. She absolutely NAILED her voice. Like nailed it in Celestia fashion.

And I just find Ineffa's face to be very pretty, and especially her eyes. They are really pretty and when it glows with the subtle mechanical outlines, fantastic.

Chasca. She was the only character from the 1st Natlan trailer whose design truly appealed to me, and I was surprised by how many people said it was bad, her outfit was ugly or ridiculous (I thought that the one-pant thing was a genuinely cool way of having dissymetry in an outfit). I understand how the giant gun could feel off-putting but I for one really enjoy that it's not only catalyst users who get to use non-"standard" weapons.

Emilie and Xianyun were the two best looking characters in the game before they started fixing models, letting characters have more realistic bodies with hips and thighs. Skirk, Nefer, Jahoda, and Lauma all passed them, but they were the best before and are still top tier. I absolutely don't understand why they are hated, but it's so bad, I don't think they'll ever get banners again.

As for Ineffa, I don't like her bangs. That's it, simple as that. Straight across bangs like that are bad looking in my eyes and I dislike all of the characters that have it, but the uneven side burn thingies just make it worse.

But, Ineffa has been so charming in the world quests that I am probably going to wish for her on rerun anyway and just never turn her around.

I think that ties into how many people had built up this mental idea of what Natlan, as the Nation of War, was going to be, vs what we got, and then piled that onto the characters. Denim isn’t really an issue as it was invented in the 17th century, but mavuika wears the most absurd pantomime of a biker suit I’ve ever seen. Remember that the highest tech region is sumeru, which is a nonwhite culture, and there aren’t nearly as many complaints about it as natlan.

It's what some people took to calling it when clothing on a design conforms to the shape of each of the characters boobs individually with a dip in the middle rather than forming a more general bust shape around both as cloth tends to do. You tend to see it on video game characters most often, the example that always comes to mind first is female world of warcraft characters in cloth armours.

To get cloth to do that in real life you'd have to make it with a pocket for each breast. Or to take the idea to a comical extreme, a boob sock. Or otherwise craft it in a way that the chest is already shaped for each boob. Or make it extremely tight but that would effect the shape of the breasts.

Tbh I don't think Emilie is a particularly significant example of this as it seems more a symptom of how the games art style handles what is meant to be transparent fabric over her boobs than the designers actually thinking her top would do that.

Mavuika. I really like the biker aesthetic. Does the zipper make sense? No. But it's a fictional game. She literally summons a bike out of thin air. I also love her glowing flame hair so much. I'll just run around with it turned on because it's so pretty.

And Ineffa for sure. I initially found it meh but after playing around with her and actually paying attention to it i really like it. It's quite simplistic, which works for her. I also love the clinking noise she makes when she walks.

Honestly I never really noticed any dislike towards her from anyone, but the latest event made me realize that I’m not a fan of how genshin does makeup on their models. It felt very Roblox-esque to me in a weird way? And I understand that’s how this works, it’s all 2D textures, but she’s also the only one that I’ve noticed is all glammed up. It's not a particular character, but Durin's skin was flamed for looking exactly like the original but with some additions, and I have to disagree. It quite literally changes all the crystals on him, makes his horns and tail crack open partially to reveal beautiful purple colour, his coat changes into a nicer, more detailed version, and his wings become MUCH prettier.

Regarding Ineffa, I actually disliked her design when she was revealed, but came to love it upon release.
