Ps4 progress to mobile and/or pc

Just started playing Genshin on the ps4 but when I wanted to play it on my phone using the same account, it brought me to the very start of the game again. Can I link my progress from my ps4 to my mobile so I don't have to start over? I didn't choose a twin for the mobile yet if that helps

If not, is there any way to salvage anything from my ps4 save? Anyone else encountered a similar issue before?

Dont use AI for that stupid shit , this just goes to show you how unreliable and a massive waste of energy and resources , People don't realize the massive energy cost is AI uses is almost as much as sone entire states . Pretty wasteful to ask this kind of question

It IS unreliable, especially the unpaid/free models. But that's where your critical thinking skills come in. It's far from useless. The internet also isn't always as reliable, and certainly wasn't back in the day either. But the internet is still useful.

Besides, 1 AI query consumes about 10 - 30ml water, compared to a toilet flush that consume 6 - 9 litres... so 300 - 600 queries worth of water. Just eat 1 beef burger (2300 litres if you count all water, 50 - 150 if you only count blue water) less per year and you easily compensated your AI water usage for an entire year.

Problem isn't single queries its millions upon millions of stupid questions you can easily find answers yourself easily besides relying on AI , that shit adds up especially for things there already solutions for .

Critical thinking is a lost art and getting worse by the day , its funny we have so much technology at our fingertips these days but your average person is dumber than your average person just a few decades ago when people had less tools to use

check that you're on the correct server on mobile. if your ps4 uid starts with 6 you're in america server; 7 = europe; and 8 = asia.

if you're on the right server, did you properly link your email to your genshin account on ps4 from the in-game settings? if not, you have to link an email first.

if yes and you're using both a gmail account + an android device, make sure you are logging in using the email+password method and not google login (yes, they are different).
