Did I lock myself in a quest?

I've been stuck on the quest Unfinished Comedy for months. I've search up how to beat it, watched walkthroughs and still can't do anything. I'm currently on the "Game of the rich" part with 30/300 credit coupons. I cannot progress, let alone get any coupons. I have no idea what to do.

Is this your first time collecting credit coupons? Or the 2nd time? 3rd time? 4th time?

(Sorry, spoiler, you need to collect 4 times)

I can try to figure out where you are at by knowing which iteration you are on.

* Scenes from Life in Meropide: Dead End
* Scenes from Life in Meropide: A Raw Deal
* Scenes from Life in Meropide: Treat the Symptoms
* Scenes from Life in Meropide: Fists of Fury

Hum... Take a screenshot of the quest window; maybe that has some hints about where you are in the quest.

I just unlocked Scenes from life in Meropide. And I also can't post screenshots in replies

I actually just did that quest recently...

Go to Caterpillar & Lanoire's room on the highest level of the Fortress (it's near the teleport waypoint) and examine the blackboard. That will tell you (approximately) two locations in the Fortress you need to look.

When you get close to one of those spots, you'll hear a sound effect and see a world quest icon appear on your minimap. Then do those quests (they're very short and are titled "Scenes from a Life in Meropide.")
