Don't care enough about the dust. Simple reason why I do stygian just enough for the primo gems, less stress that way

I used decreed reshape (guaranteed 4) yesterday and it went all low rolls. 36.5CV after 4 crit rolls 😭

Unless I am on decreed reshape, I will never use Dusts on any artifact that has 2 or more rolls into desired substats. It’s just not worth it - as I have learned from multiple outcomes like you experienced here.

It has 2 guaranteed roll, so use on something which got >2 roll. If u want to stay happy after wasting one of your 🪶.
