Who else reached AR60 and forgot to resonate with Hydro or other elements

I reached AR60 when the amount of elements traveler could have was 3. That said, I did intentionally not resonate with Hydro out of spite for a very long time.

There was no hydro traveller when i became ar60

Well I hit AR60 having never fought childe or raiden (except the story fights)

I have never changed my element on purpose. My traveler was ditched the second I got enough units and remained anemo until Natlan forced him out of it. He's level 23 -_-
