Who is the most f2p friendly dps columbina, ineffa, zibai or neuvillette
Im ar 49 and i have 4 standard 5 stars and 0 limited 5 stars im at 71 pity and guaranteed coz I lost 50/50 i want to be recommended the best f2p friendly dps for my account.
If you want an actual DPS, Zibai. As long as you get C2 Illuga on her banner, you can make her work pretty well even without Columbina.
If you want the most flexible option, Ineffa. She does a ton of damage from off-field, allowing you to pair her with another DPS on-field, and works in a lot more teams than Zibai.
Columbina on her own isn't a good DPS, or a good support for anyone except Geo or Lunar teams. And Neuvi is extremely flexible, easy to play and F2P friendly, but not that good of a DPS in an endgame context. If you don't care about endgame and just like Neuvi, go for him I guess, but since you're asking how to optimize your pulls, I assume you care about 'meta' and Neuvi ain't it.

True, but they didn't specify how many pulls they had, or anyone else specific that they owned, so I just gave some generic advice. Minimal effort for input, minimal output in reply.

The only dps out of that group is neuvi and zibai. The other 2 are not unless you get their consss. Out of the 2 dpses, Neuvi is more f2p I’d think. Although he needs furina to shine, he’s pretty usable on his own. Zibai is a much stronger dps but she needs Columbina. Although she can work on her own, geo is less versatile than hydro. So if you want a dps i would get Neuvi. But if you care about high number, i would get ineffa. Though she’s not a dps, she’s the strongest subdps and can be played in many teams. I think her output is higher than Neuvi and she provides a shield. You can get columbina on her rerun and make the strongest wheelchair team with ineffa.

Neuvilette can technically function and sustain himself without any teammates unless there’s a regional-mechanics-check boss so if you want nonrestrictive he’s your guy. Back when he was the top DPS solo runs on abyss weren’t that uncommon using him.

Lunar teams are by definition one of the most restrictive, but I don't think you know if and why you should care about that.
When you build any decent team, you don't really shuffle characters around like a slot machine as you progress. Usually the same characters will accompany each other in the entire lifetime of an account, with some being replaced by better options. There is no reason for a new account to care whether a character is going to be restrictive if you are going to pull for their teammates as well.

Well then Neuvi. Because he literally 'works' with any team that has the ability to trigger 3 different Hydro reactions. An Anemo for VV, a Natlan char like Ororon, Kachina or Traveler for Scroll, and either a 3rd element for max stacks, or a Hydro for resonance HP buff to Neuvi.
Zibai is restrictive af because if you don't have a Hydro aura, she stops working properly and loses 2/3 of her damage. Ineffa is similar to a point, but she still functions as a shielder and EM buffer at least. And Columbina is flexible within Lunar teams, but doesn't really help anyone outside of Lunar teams.

Ineffa is pretty flexible and a decent sub-DPS and support. Personally, I would recommend her. However, she isn’t a main DPS like Zibai and Neuvillette.

I would recommend Ineffa first. She's not an on-fielder, but a powerful off-field DPS that enables Lunar-Charge, and is very flexible in terms of team building. Once you have her you should also try for Columbina, since the two of them together are currently the most powerful "wheelchair" team core that can carry you even through endgame content. It's not the end of the world if you can't get her though, since Ineffa on her own is already a beast.

Ok i already have aino and sucrose should I wish for ineffa and get flins later or neuvillette coz I also have fischl sucrose and diona for shield if he is c0

You dont even need Flins for Ineffa, necessarily. They work well together, yes, but Ineffa / Aino / Fischl / Sucrose would make a very powerful team already, using Sucrose as the on-fielder.

None of them. I would say Neuvillette if we were in 4.x but he is an old unit now. You can either get into Lunar teams or Hexenzirkel. I would say Hexenzirkel is the wiser choice with more longevity + it's more f2p friendly as you can pair a 5 star with Sucrose/Fischl and they'll work fine. I would wait for Varka if I were in your shoes.
After 6.x patches Lunar teams will fade out let's be honest. But we know there are more Hexenzirkel members to come even after 6.x patches.

No one can restrict you on the team you are making if you don't care about meta. Make an electrocharge team with Nilou who cares. Build Xinyan as your dps. Make a team with Hu Tao, Yoimiya, Lyney, Sigewinne. Who cares? You are not following meta, you are free to do whatever you want. How can someone restrict you? Jump out of pc screen?
Except you do care about meta. You want your character to be useable in the most cases and try to build what's best for them. You will feel frustrated that people who used same amount of resources can achieve better things while your character struggles.
If you disagree, advise OP to pull Ayato. He is super flexible, he can have many teams, hypercarry to hyperbloom, burgeon to off field hydro application. Except we all know no one is going to advise that. Numbers are just not there. Just like Neuvillette is better choice than Ayato, there are better choices over Neuvillette.
And my advise for OP to not go for Lunar teams. They will reach peak with Columbina and slowly fade away. Not only that but you need 3 5 stars (columbina/ineffa/flins) (columbina/lauma/nefer) (columb/zibai/ c6 illuga). Which would be fine if we were at 6.0 but now? How is that f2p friendly? He would be trying to get Nefer or Flins in late 6.x patches or he would try to get both Columb and Zibai in the same patch(same goes for Columb+Ineff).

Ayato’s not in the choices at all. Neither is your varka. There’s four characters they were asking about and you chose to be special and pick neither of them.
I suggested neuvi and ineffa since both are less restrictive than columbina and zibai (tho they have aino so still can cope w them). Stick to what OP wants, not what YOU WANT.
OP has 4 standard characters. With their low ar and roster i doubt they can make those work in the long run. OP needs a new five star now that can help with their level. Spiral, IT, stygian shouldn’t be their main concern for now.

If you’re referring to on field dps then the less restrictive one is neuvillette. While if its sub dps then go for ineffa and/or columbina

Columbina ***needs*** Lauma to be a DPS, and Ineffa is not a DPS at all (if you mean on-field).
Neuvillette is auto-sufficient, Zibai has strong enough base multipliers that she can mostly work on her own though obviously the more lunar buffers you have the better.
Heres two short videos with no abyss buffs just straight carrying.
Ineffa is a f2p dream, non commital, strongest sub dps in the game. She scales very very highly (that Aino wasnt even C6) and shes getting a new bis artefact set next patch
a drop of water and your good to go, shes definetly the friendliest DPS in the game.

not really sure what f2p friendly means but Columbina has f2p weapons while Neuv does not. Zibai not too sure. Neuv's team mates are also not f2p friendly.
