But isn't the Travaler still the closest to her, since we spent tons of times with her during those 2 months before her "departure"? And on the other side during the Fatui time even though she still had friends dont get me wrong (Arle,Sandrone,Rosalyn those three specifically) she was still very lonely. Rosalyn is gone, Sandrone pretends to hate her, pushes her away but cares for her which only very later on Bina understands that and Arle probably still being very busy with project Stuzha where she can't play a lot with Bina as they once did.
Ofc it is still fair to say, why not draw everyone. Which I agree that they could have at least done that. At least they showed the Nod-Krai Crew during the Festival.

Which friends? She lived in isolation in the frostmoon tribe, she is used for her power in the fatui. The quest showing her having fun with the few people close to her in the fatui got fatuihq whining to no end. The traveler is like THE first person actually connecting her with the world, obviously she's gonna think of them when she's isolated again. That's not to mention how OP cherry picked this scene and ignore her walking among all the "statues" of other people later, pretending that she's only thinking about the traveler.

As someone who ships Sandbina and is not interested in Aebina, I feel I am well-positioned to tell you this: who cares? You're falling into the same trap many before you have. Why is it that the people who hate waifubait the most are the most likely to reduce the characters they like to waifubait?

sandbinas my fav bina ship and i like how we can see bina open up bc she made lots of friends. they scream waifubait bc thats all they can think of, self projecting losers !
ps: as usual, we only knew her from a lullaby anyway, where she was caringly mourning signora. so it makes perfect sense that she’s actually caring and appreciates her friends 🥹🌷 and mfs say she doesn’t care about her older friends,, when the sandbina hug and teasing her exists

Columbina did have a slow and nice build up to her relationship with the nod krai characters and the traveler her relationship with arlecchino and sandrone still front and center for her and for those two characters actions
