No problem for me.

Are you using a VPN perhaps?

I been playing since start of game and my ping is always 200-300. I don't even care.

i also usually play with that ping but for some reason its super bad at the moment. Perhaps there is a lot of traffic because it's the day before a banner switch??

It happens during some major character/patch. Due to increased players activity.

It's a nightmare trying abyss, theatre or stygian tho :( It takes like 5 seconds for the character swap and I always end up dying </3 Right now the cloud version works better for me T\_T

I don't catch that much lag even with high ping. Check ur data connection and hardware specs.

massive problem for me too, can't stay in longer than 5 minutes before it kicks me T\^T No solution so far...
I wish we could change servers without it being a whole new account

same situation! no problem with my internet speed (lan too) but ping shoots to 700+ randomly, when my usual ping is below 70

yeah i have had very low ping for years and lately it got to 700ms on avarage...
have you found a solution?

Unhappy-Revenue40822026-01-14 12:40

Unfortunately not, I'll update if I somehow find a solution tho... and I resorted to using genshin cloud for better ping :/

Same thing's happened to me recently. My internet is fine, everything else works well. Except Hoyoverse games. Ping used to be green but now it goes to high reds for Genshin, HSR, and ZZZ. Has to be something wrong on their side.

Moved to Europe from Asia after starting my account there so i'm constantly hovering between 250-300ms. but in the past few days it's been at 700-800ms... almost unplayable. I really wish there was a solution for this.

I thought it was an isolated issue on my side but turns out a lot of players on asia server experience this too? I play other games on the same pc and got only low 30ms but hoyo games hovers around the same ping as you too, even going to 999 on some occasion. The input delay is pmo so much 😭

magnoliablu2026-01-15 11:15

There's comfort in company at least this way 🥲 but that definitely means something is wrong if everyone's got 700+ms ping

+1 to this, I thought it was my ISP. Used to get somewhere around 90-200 max; recently it hovers around 500-600
