How important do you think Pantalone will be in Snezhnaya?
I can’t wait to see Pantalone in snezhnaya as he is my favourite character after Dottore, but I see a lot of people writing him off or calling him unimportant because he’s a banker.
I feel like he will have a huge part in the Snezhnaya AQ, especially with the whole project stuzha thing.
Also, despite not appearing in game yet, he has been mentioned quite a few times and has been referenced since the start of the game.
In mondstadt he is mentioned by Goth, the owner of the Goth grand hotel, who says he rented the entire hotel for an undetermined amount of time.
He was also mentioned in Yelans story quest, with an npc known as uncle Tian, who says his unique understanding of wealth and his plans could shake the world to its core.
In the Fontaine world quests related to the Rusty Rudder, there is a ‘discarded bill’ Likely relating to Landa, an agent of Pantalone, mentioning trade from liyue and a meeting with a prominent merchant from Snezhnaya.
Landa was also in Wangshu Inn, where he was focused on surveying the local economy.
There’s also an npc in the northland bank that’s says Snezhnayas booming economy is due to Pantalones brilliance and foresight.
I don’t know if it’s canon or not, but he was very likely the one who introduced credit coupons to the fortress of meropide as way to test the feasibility of introducing an alternate currency to mora.
During Citlali’s story quest it was his operatives that planned to destroy a sphere In some ruins near the masters of the night wind that created the same paint as a fontainian merchant, who had reached out to pantalones subordinates for help.
The proposal caught Pantalones interest as he could see the merchant becoming a giant in the painting industry while also disrupting Fontaine’s economy.
He has been mentioned so many times since the start of the game despite not appearing yet that I have a hard time believing he won’t have an extremely important role to play in the Snezhnaya AQ.
Anyway I’m so excited to see him in sneznaya (less than a year gang!) like just imagine how good his model will look.
The recent character modes have been looking absolutely phenomenal, so just imagine how good they will look in almost a year from now.
He will look so beautiful and elegant and I can’t wait.
Also hoyo you better let him wear heels pls if you let one male character have proper heels it should be Pantalone look at him he’s so elegant and beautiful he would totally wear heels

He'll get the limelight, but good luck thinking he won't get humbled by Not-China.
