He doesn't quite benefit from an electro goblet so an atk% would be better and switch the weapon to nod krai craftable

Favonius is reaally not good for him. He needs so little energy that any other weapon will be fine (for F2P i highly recommend the nod-krai craftable that buffs Lunar damage).
With another electro on your team (ineffa, fischl, iansan, etc), you really don’t need an ER sands. ATK would be preferred.
Finally electro goblet does nothing for him because lunar charge damage doesn’t scale off of that. You’re better off with an ATK goblet too.

Level his Q to max, followed by E when you can.
Use ATK sands and goblet instead of ER and Electro
Get his crit rate as close to cap as possible

They are comparing OP to the 180-200% ER group. Not many people build Flins with that high of an ER.

OP, you need higher CR. That’s too low (60-70% CR). More attack (at least 2k). Use attack% for sands and goblet. Use craftable nod krai weapon. You only need max 140% for C0R0. If other teammates use fav, then this could be lower.
