It's not the best, but it's a good stat stick for many Claymore users who scales on ATK, which Noelle isn't as she scales on DEF

WG is a good claymore for almsot anyone that scales with ATK. Though if we're talkng in the specturm of Noelle herself, she prefers Redhorn Stonethresher. And Blazing Suns is better overall.

Kinich is still reasonably strong. Navia will get a nice boost thanks to Columbina. And C6 Gaming is still very decent.

Gaming C6 is the second strongest Claymore user in the game if we're talking C0 5\* investment and C6 4\*. No one even really comes close. C6 Gaming with a 4\* only team has cleared at least 2 Dire bosses.

\\When he released (around 4.3-4.4) he smashed low cost abyss speedrun records of every team in the game. Gaming + Rosaria duo with 4\* weapons is capable of clearing most abyss chambers DPS check in under 90s as long as there's no anti-shill.
If people knew how busted he is, 4\* only abyss clears with Gaming would not be as widely admired as they are.

There is not, or there are very very few universal "Best" weapons that can be used for every character in the game. I use this Weapon on Eula for the ATK%, but Noelle needs Def%.
A good starting point to see if a weapon is good for a character is to check the adventure notebook to see the breakdown of what the community is using. That is just a start to help and not the end-all-be-all to set up your characters.
