I don’t know, Bennet’s new skin makes him look older imo. He seems to have aged a bit, since they refer to him as being roughly 20 in the Natlan summer quest, and I was under the impression that he was in his mid-teens when he first released.

Same, there still many unanswered things about Enjou, i wasn't there during the initial Enkanomiya limited event so i missed a bit about him too.
But basically he's a member of the Abyss, but not serving the inner circle directly as he left the order to live freely. He also tend to be rather strategic in his approach and prefer to solve issues by other means than violence since he consider himself rather weak even for a Lector, but cunning, even if it mean manipulating a few people by doing good deeds and acting like a friendly goofball.
Ultimately he explore ancient ruins and lore in his search of the Mare Jivari, which was potentially his old home before getting destroyed since Enjou might be the old sage "Lavawalker" himself.
That last quest with Citlali and the Mare Jivari was assumed to be the last time we'll see Enjou so i doubt we'll get more devellopement about him. But you never know.

He is way, *way* older than most of the Abyss Order, but he works with them. He was once the Lavawalker, of artifacts-we-don't-use fame, a sage who went into the Mare Jivari and was not seen again. He is scouring the world in search of where he came from, but he has gone through many old civilizations and much historical research and has yet to find who he is. As of Natlan, he wanders off into the Mare Jivari to see if there are clues there.
He's a Pyro Lector by species, but he can polymorph into a human. He probably originally was human, too, considering that Lectors are cursed humans, as far as we know.
