Going from AR55 to AR60 requires roughly the same Adventure EXP as it takes to go from AR1 to AR55.
And those last 5 ARs took me longer additionally as I had completed all the quests and obtained all the chests and everything.
I think itās easier now than in the past ā as a recent patch buffed the amount of Adventure EXP given by chests.

Yeah I started a while ago and was stuck on 57 onwards for a very long time, atm don't have any quest or anything to explore left and I just randomly hit ar60 afrer farming artifacts

You are at normal pace, then. It took me about 2-3 weeks to achieve AR55, which I had before 2.6, and I started at the second half of 2.5.

Personally I ALWAYS appreciate fragile resin and xp books. Ores I make myself quite easily but it's still nice to see those as well

Agreed. Resin is obviously time-gated so Fragiles are always amazing/welcome and of the others, XP books are the most difficult to come by.

I don't know if I'm the only one, but I was literally throwing my xp books and mora all around thinking "lmao how would I ever run out of those? Who ever does?". Until one day I was like "Wait, it takes 450 books to lvl 90 this new chara I got and milions of mora for talents and I have only 100 books and somehow just 1m mora". After that I started appreciating leylines and ll disturbances
