Legal consequences? I mean, I assume you are talking about accessing someone else's account without their permission and that they've spent money on the genesis crystals to get those primos and you are also doing all of those rolls without their permission, thus "spending" their money.
Depending on the amount of money in question and the fact that you somehow accessed their private account, then...yeah...it's probably grounds for you to be sued.
That said, if they gave you their account credentials that might make it hard for them to make a case since they gave you access.

As I know hoyo can refund pulls when large amount of primos are spent like this since it is naturally a suspicious move. Even if they did something to your account its not worth to do this, it will turn into a shitshow, the other side might to something irl rather than just genshin
