I have no idea what you've set your resolution to... check that first. Also render scale needs to be at 1.0 or more.

my resolutions at 1.3

Yeah that's not the resolution, that's the render scale. Check your actual resolution.

where is that?

Downscaling can also generate artifacts. Just leave render resolution at 1.0.

Screenshot the graphic settings page, maybe it's something there.

which apps/programs do you have for your graphics card etc? sometimes enhancements can clash with in-game settings. for example having anti-aliasing enabled in-game but a third party app being set to supersample, or something to that effect. PC graphics settings could also be doing this. medium graphics lowers the overall quality but shouldn't be making text fuzzy.

my game was fine jst before

If you run games at lower resolution than your monitor's maxmimum resolution it can look blurry, check that maybe? For example running at 1600x900 will look slightly blurry on a 1920x1080 monitor.

have you resolved it? i can't say if it's the screenshot quality altered by reddit, but the menu also seem blurry, which might imply the resolution is not on par with your screen's capabilities
