Wait I know that view. That's the view on the highest cliff on the western edge of the Chasm (you can see the edge of the Chasm cliff on the lower left). Also that location was memorable since it has the epilogue of two characters from two separate world quests, the treasure hoarder guy who wants to plant flowers and the old guy in the Chasm who got addicted to mushrooms. I can't remember if there was a reward though.

Probably the northern border between Sumeru and Liyue. Looks like Sumeru terrain, but with sparse trees and foliage.
