Yeah thank you, you don't learning me that Hoyo prefers to spend players' money on projects other than Genshin itself and doing the Quality of Life Updates that we've been asking for for 5 years.
I'm still waiting to be able to see my artifact passives that activate and their duration above my life bar just like a good RPG or even have a complete view of the Cooldown of the Skills of the characters in the background.
These are simple things, but in 5 years they still aren't there.
But hey they prefer to put the money and team them in a UGC that no one asked for in the first place.

uhh.. Both ZZZ and HSR do this on PC, because it's a thing they introduced to both games whenever a new banner (normally launch banner) drops, first with HSR mid flamechase arc, I think it started with Castorice, then recently ZZZ.
you can set it to not do it again during the banner period but it's something that happens regardless of platform.
