World Quests often require you to just explore. Only Archon Quests and Story Quests would point you to all your objectives.

Lot time received Google results don’t often helpful in this case any Map of Location.
I not goto spend day looking this is why Game should had point you location not exactly but an estimated nope laziness by Studio especially you only stay for limited time before death.

If you want exact directions the blog i usually go to is game8, or just youtube.
Genshin main quests always has directions, but world quests usually has me googling if i want to finish it fast. There will be a lot of world puzzles too that will need you to kinda explore the details of the surroundings to get a clue. Theres also a hidden quest i guess? In dragonspine, you need to read like 8 or so stone tablets, theres no directions at all

Theres a lot of guides already for genshin quests, just continue looking for the right blog/video that works for you.. youtube guides usually has literal step by step

One of the shards should already be done at this point. The second one is behind a puzzle at the Entombed City Outskirts (second teleport south from Dawn Winery's Statue of The Seven) and the third one is behind a time trial at the bottom of the Starglow Cavern. You can check the wiki, it has the locations and directions.
