I just finished that chain yesterday, it seemed separate though. I talked to the shrine maiden and the dialogue option about the cleansing ritual gave me the teapot item. I had already used the mask item at that point though.

Do you have EVERY unique thing? Hardest one being the red thing for Dragonspine tree. When you realise youce possibly already missed 1 thing it will become less stressfull. I like collecting too but having a unique weapon I can use it always better than an unique item I cant use. They are the same item and of the same value so the weapon wins

I have like 7 of the dragonspine tree ones left over bc I did the rest of them with the daily (weekly? Don’t remember anymore) quests for em. and then I found the others while desperately searching for chests I had missed <3 still don’t have every unique item though, I used all of the mora bags you get from different quests lol

And yeah actually I have started keeping everything I possibly can. I haven't unlocked Natlan or Fontaine biomes in my teapot cuz unique item... I upgrade all event weapons to R4 only so I can keep one of the upgrade items cuz they're all so neat. (altho that's only been in the last few years so I'm missing earlier upgrade stuff)

but if what other comments are saying is true - that I can get the mask as a teapot decoartion - then I might learn the blueprint for it. I like filling out the archive. And because of that I haven't needed the weapon cuz I have so many other weapons XD

place it on the ground then lure one of the wild boars to run over it. it gives extra meat. normally you get 2 (or 3?) from killing but this item (if the boars actually step on it) gives 5.
