Crack Theory. When the Teyvat storyline ends and the Traveler leaves Teyvat, they are taking Citlali with them.
I'm not going to right a whole essay, so ill keep it simple. Also part of the reason I posted this theory is so I have evidence I called it in case the crack turned into coke.
